Very unethical and unprofessional . Still have not delivered my friend’s wedding photos since almost an year back.

The worst photographer ever! Have been following up with him for almost an year. I got married on 6th Feb 2024, but I still have not received my data. I selected photos for album in the month of August but I have not been given either Albums, or wedding highlight or cinematic film or my cinematic film. He made me order hard drive at his place but he has not sent it back with raw data and edited data. Till date, I have not even seen my engagement dance video. He had been giving excuses to me earlier saying his office renovation work is going on or that he is on shoot, or that he is going to complete it in 2 more days. All lies. But lately he has even stopped replying to any of my msgs or calls. It sucks to follow up these many times but there is no reply yet from his or his team side. I have already made 90% of the payment before marriage itself as per his initial terms trusting him that he would follow his delivery schedule. Really regret hiring them. Very unethical and unprofessional.
