From Delight to Disappointment – A Tale of Decline Our initial experience with Wedpainters was truly memorable. Back in December 2021, we were genuinely impressed by their energy, professionalism, and creativity. The team captured our cherished moments beautifully, leaving us with memories that we were proud to revisit again and again. Naturally, when another wedding came up in our family, we turned to them once more, expecting the same excellence. Unfortunately, this decision turned out to be a huge mistake. What followed was a frustrating and disappointing journey — a stark contrast to what we had previously experienced. Yes, they have grown in size, expanded their offices, and brought in new team members — but in doing so, they seem to have forgotten the very foundation of their success: quality, honesty, and customer care. The problems began with their poor communication and worsened with their lack of professionalism. Final deliverables were sent with watermarked “preview” versions, with no real editing done. Basic expectations like proper video edits, wedding albums, or even an invitation video were either poorly executed or entirely neglected. What once was a creative, trend-setting team now appears to be a disorganized group with no clear leadership or quality control. Their staff changes every other day, and no one takes ownership. Their attitude toward feedback is dismissive at best, and deceptive at worst — they would rather lie to your face than take responsibility for their shortcomings. To make matters worse, they provided absurd, unjustified bills for reimbursements like toll taxes and logistics, which only added to the frustration. In short, Wedpainters today is a case study in how not to run a business. What was once a team we admired has sadly become one we can no longer trust. They’ve lost their spark, their professionalism, and most importantly, their respect for their clients. Disappointed, disheartened, and wiser from the experience — we hope others tread carefully.

Don't Hire Wedpainters Studios – They Ruined Our Wedding! I absolutely have to tell everyone not to use Wedpainters Studios for their wedding. We hired them for our marriage in November 2023, and honestly, it was the worst decision we made. They completely messed up our special day, and now we're just so upset and missing those important memories. The biggest problem? Their photographer and videographer were totally missing during our Haldi ceremony. This was a huge, emotional part of our wedding, and to not have any photos or videos of it is just unforgivable. How can a professional wedding studio miss something so important? It just shows they're not professional, organized, or that they even care about their clients. On top of that huge screw-up, the whole experience was just stressful. It felt like we were constantly chasing them, and they clearly didn't put much effort into capturing our day properly. Seriously, do NOT hire Wedpainters Studios. If you want your wedding memories captured beautifully and reliably, find someone else. They will only ruin your special day and leave you with a lot of regret, just like they did for us.

I had a terrible experience with Wedpainters and would strongly advise against choosing them. Their team is highly unprofessional and unskilled – they focus on capturing unnecessary moments while completely missing the precious memories you want to cherish. To make matters worse, once they receive payment, they become unresponsive and uncooperative. They refuse to deliver the captured data conveniently, forcing you to visit their location twice – first to provide your own pen drive (as they won’t offer one) and then again to collect your data. This lack of basic customer service is frustrating and unacceptable. If you value your special memories, I strongly recommend avoiding Wedpainters. Their poor service and unprofessionalism will only lead to disappointment and regret.
