Photographers
One of the most common things we'd heard from friends who recently got married is that it goes by so fast. We knew going in that the pictures would probably be how we'd remember most of our wedding and so picking the right photographers was of utmost importance to us. Three Little Words did the most phenomenal job at capturing our wedding. Our ask to them was documentary style photos with a more editorial and cinematic twist and what they delivered was straight out of a romcom. They've captured so many of the tiny details and moments. We couldn't have asked for better!
Venues
We wanted each of our ceremonies to be a celebration of the cities that shaped us and there's nothing more Bombay than a beach wedding! We chose Hotel Sea Princess Juhu and couldn't have asked for better. Our ceremony unfolded under swaying palm trees with the Arabian Sea as the backdrop. It was as picturesque as it sounds and we would pick this venue again, in a heartbeat.
Wedding Planners
Planning our wedding remotely from New York, we heavily relied on the team at Vogue to be our partners on ground. Vishal and his team were wonderful to work with. They brought our vision to life, adding their own suggestions to make it a better experience, and ensure everything progressed seamlessly on the big day.
Decorators
We had always imagined our wedding day to be a gilded, romantic celebration by the sea. The team at National brought it to life just like we'd envisioned it. The ceremony was bathed in coral and pink florals with gilded mirrors, flickering chandeliers, and ceramic vases—all while the Arabian ocean served as the perfect backdrop.
Bridal Makeup Artists
Shruti is one of my closest friends and I couldn't have picked anyone else for my wedding makeup. She worked so hard on each of my looks and made sure they were distinct. Nothing was too over the top, I always looked and felt like myself—just the best version of myself! She gently nudged me out of my comfort zone for my sangeet look which I appreciate so much, looking back because it turned out to be one of my favorites. I'm so grateful to her for making me feel beautiful throughout my wedding <3

For my pheras, the team at Kalki helped me put together a gorgeous classic red lehenga with a fifteen foot custom veil. It was embroidered with the words 'New York Rom Com' -- because that's what our love story was. Walking down the aisle in this outfit paired with the Louboutin Ginko sandals felt like poetry in motion. My Haldi look was also from Kalki. My singular mental filter for all my looks was to pick something that felt like me, unencumbered by tradition or trends. One look at this outfit and I knew it was meant to be. I loved how it blends the traditional dhoti drape with a crop top and blazer, making it more contemporary and playful. And the mirror work was a nice little nod to my Gujarati heritage.

I’ve always been in love with @taruntahiliani’s bridal designs—the way they blend old-world craftsmanship with silhouettes that feel so effortless, so fluid. When I started looking for my sangeet outfit, I knew I wanted something that felt regal yet easy, something I could dance in all night without feeling weighed down. And then I found her. A silver sharara, hand-embroidered with hundreds of pearls, each one catching the light like stars scattered across the fabric. It gave me the freedom to dance while still keeping the flow and the movement. It was everything I had imagined and more. I paired it with pearl-strapped Chanel heels and minimal accessories.

For my reception look, I wore a silver and white Seema Gujral ensemble. It was so dreamy and elegant, juxtaposing a classic lehenga silhouette with a more contemporary blouse design and a flowy dupatta that I chose to drape like a cape. It was a modern-day Cinderella moment, when paired with my personalized made to order lace and pearl Jimmy Choo heels.
