I had booked this Bellamondè Hotel for my Daughter's Wedding on 28th Nov 2023. Our guest reached at 5p.m. but Rooms were not ready (Check-in time was 2p.m.). Our guests had to wait another 45 minutes. Room Service was Pathetic (very low standard). Food was also not good, around 25 percent of our guests got stomach upset after consuming Food, whereas, we had total vegetarian food being Tuesday. Dal Makhani was burnt; Ice-cream was melted like curd. We were told that the Main Course will be opened at 8p.m. but it was opened at 10 p.m., so more than 25 percent of our guests went without having Dinner. Event organized by them was also pathetic as the Flower Blower machine did not work at all, as it was supposed to be main event at the time of Jaimala. Few cold fires also did not work at the time of entry. My Daughter had specifically requested for Kalire on flower chadar but it was not fulfilled. I had requested to Blow dry the grass in Afternoon, but that request was also neglected.
