My brother got married recently and we were glad to have hosted the wedding as well as the Sagan/engagement function at Bel la monde hotel, Chattarpur. The engagement function was organised in their main hotel restaurant which accomodated a good gathering of all closed ones. The placement of engagement stage and Dj console, the snacks and dinner counter as well as the quick switching to lagan ceremony stage, all were done nicely. The seating was shiny and upmarket, couch as well as regular chair type. The food tasted delightful and was a good mix of North indian Vegetarian dishes, they did incorporate some of the items in the dessert menu we requested for. The wedding took place in the combination of open garden area with the banquet hall, towards the right side. The theme was royal and peach white colour combination was used. Fresh flowers made the whole ambience dreamy. The centre stage for phere was ecstatic with hanging flowers. The entrance was done beautiful with candles. There was a dedicated selfie point where they placed our Instagram photo booth. In the banquet hall, the dinner was served. The wall had paintings of my pre wedding shoot of my brother. The food menu was a mix of pan asian, Italian and north indian. The dishes were great in number and all prepared aptly to the desired taste. The Dj setup was large and they played our pre wedding video with perfect timing on the large screen. I loved the chandeliers inside the banquet hall, cannot ask for a more royal look. The place is large for a gathering of more than 600 people. All the guests complimented us about the food and decor, had a great time attending the function. Any needed assistance was provided by the staff there and all were available at our dispense, well groomed and well behaved. Mr. Shanky, the main coordinator managing the whole function for us ensured smooth operations and didn't let us worry or take any sort of burden pertaining to the arrangements. I would recommend this venue to everyone, afterall as per the feedback from guests, the wedding was one to remember for a lifetime.

I recently got married at Belmond and must say this was the best decision we took. Excellent service with the most cooperative staff ever. The food and decoration was excellent. We wanted to change the venue few days before the function, they checked for the availability and did it for us. I have all praises for this place. Thank you to Belmond for making this occassion a success. Ms Surabhi and Ms Anju were very very helpful and did everything as discussed.

When I say TERRIBLE, i think that even is an understatement. By far the worst experience with any vendor. Being a bride living out of India and having dreamt of her fairytale wedding, this was just far from it. Right from the first meeting, the team is just eager for you to sign and book the venue and promises the world to you but then in the end says sorry if you want to add these things its an additional fee. Upcoming brides please read below some tips if you want to get married here. Rooms: - We had booked almost all of the rooms since my guest list were all travelling from different parts of the world. When our guests checked in, some we had mentioned were flying in the wee hours of the morning, the employee working had no idea that this was a wedding guest, could not locate the booking so please ensure you have the manager's number handy. - The lobby was constantly dirty with bugs and nobody cleans it till you tell them - They were very stingy with the hot water in the rooms. Rule of thumb, nobody wants to shower in cold water Decor: - We had created a whatsapp group with Kanika and shared all of the inspiration and final points needed for both days of our events. She completely disregarded everything, took no accountability of her actions and we had to sit and pretend like everything was okay. Would highly recommend to please do a final run through of decor on the day off to avoid what we went through Event coordinator: - We were in touch with Prachi for our dj/ sound set up and wedding signage. This is where i realized the team dont pay attention to your needs. We had asked for a dj that specializes in local and international music because we had a mixed crowd, she sends options of the exact opposite. So finally i said thank you very much i will search on my own on instagram. We thought perhaps this was just one little mishap, then on the day of our mehendi, there is always a local dj that plays prior to the entertainment you have booked but this guy was nowhere to be seen till we called her and told her to fix it. Third thing was her absolutely shameless behaviour. Who calls the groom at his reception to ask what song you want to walk to the stage to? These little things and signgage requirements are basic things to check off before your wedding day not during. The best part was she still asked for a review :) Food: - One thing i must say was the ONLY thing good about the property is the food. They had a very good variety of dishes and staff to pass around for guests. All our guests raved about the food. Staff: - room service: Horrible, no clue what they are doing and cant manage simple guest requests like changing towels, bedsheets etc. - Restaurant: Good for guests but denied our makeup artists of food even though this should have been billed to us. Nobody should ever be denied food - Shamelessly asks for tips. I'm a firm believer if you do good service you should always be rewarded not for appaling behaviour - Decor/ Event coordinator: Both Prachi and Kanika, not sure why theyre still there. I wanted to share my feedback for the event hosted by Bella Monde. The food was really good but I am totally disappointed with the decor by Kanika and team. I especially wanted the flower decor but could hardly see any. The decor looked like some normal party decor, not a wedding decor. I never seen these much less flowers in any wedding. I also told them to decorate the pool with flowers and lanterns, but nothing was there. The pathway with zero flowers and the stage was not looking beautiful. Moreover the chair was quite old and stage was shaking a lot. I asked for roses and bouqet but it was not there. I am disappointed to host my wedding in Bella Mondé. I paid a lot of money for this thing. Really saddened to see this.

Terrible. My sister's wedding function happened in Bellamonde Chattarpur recently. It was the worst decision we ever took. The sales people will promise anything to get you to book, and later once you are closer to the event date, they will backtrack on everything. They only want to fleece more money from customers, without giving a shit about their event or guests. 3 days before the event, they flatly refused the earlier agreements we had during booking time. We had no choice but to agree to them, paying original money for worse arrangements. Plus the rooms were also not given to us on time. 4 rooms suddenly disappeared and we were told they wont be possible. All this happened on the last day despite earlier agreements. Will never come near this place again.

Absolutely Pathetic! I had my wedding functions in Bellamonde in Dec 2021. They completely ruined the functions. Here are the issues that I faced: 1. Sudden Time Change A week before the event, they told us that they have booked another function before ours and hence our venue will not be available on time. We have to delay starting the function by 3 hours. The cards were already out. Our guests arrived and decoration work was going on. 2. Room Not Given We had booked 12 rooms at the venue, but at the day of the event, they gave 7 rooms to someone else for extra money without informing us. Our guests had to wait till evening to get the rooms. They kept waiting in the lobby with the luggage. 8 people had to share one room for getting fresh during that time. 3. Went Back on Contract The decorations were not what we paid for. 2 hours before the event, they told us that the setup we paid for will not be possible. Take it or leave it. I had no choice but to agree to whatever shitty decoration they gave at last minute, despite them charging us full money. 4. Fake Sound System They had charged us for original RCF sound systems, but installed fake assembled speakers. The voice was breaking at high volumes. It was pathetic. I have proofs for all of this. Their salesperson Ajay Mishra is a cheat and liar. No one in the management takes any accountability. Weddings are once in a lifetime affair. Please dont spoil it by booking here.

It was a good experience. We are in those times where guests lists shut down. They really helped us and accomodated us well. Recommeded!

We booked 50 rooms at bellamondè, NH-8 for 3 nights from 13th March 2021 to 16th march 2021. It was a very disappointing stay and experience. We had to face so many problems which I have listed below: 1. Air conditioner of more than 50% of the rooms were not working, that was not the main issue, the problem was that no one from the hotel team assisted my guests. 2. In one room in which my grandfather was staying, the mini bar fridge gas got leaked due to which he suffered heart stroke. When we asked for help of the hotel, the hotel staff told us that and I quote,"ye sub to hota rehta hai sir, koi badi bat nhi h." We were stunned. 3. Most of the room's phone extensions were not working due to which every time guests had to go to reception for assistance. 4. The hotel didn't even deliver what they promised, there were no drinks or beverages served to baratis in baraat. Also, there was no provision of snacks and beverages at baraat assembly point. 5. No food and beverages were served during Feras, we got tired asking staff to serve food but no one responded to our needs. 6. Washrooms were choked with water, no proper sanitation of toilets. Even the toilet pots and wash basins in the rooms were choked. 7. Staff was every rude, they even refused to serve water to our guests. There were many more problems which spoiled my wedding. All they want is to earn money but there is no effort of delivering elements according to the consideration made to them... I will never recommend this venue to anyone.. They provided us the worst experience ever and definitely spoiled all our functions. I want to give 000 rating to this venue Manager, Mr. Rohit and the owner Manjeet just do sweet talking to grab people in web of lies and con money from them. Please beware of this type of people, they even refused to fulfill things which were listed in the contract. Even Mr. Manjeet (owner of bellamondè) bluntly said nd I quote, "hum nhi maante aese contract ko." I humbly request everyone who is trying to make there wedding memorable to stay away these tricksters. Im reposting this review, somehow they managed to get it removed from the reviews. After I posted this review, the owner called my dad to get it removed, after my dad refused, the owner increased their rating by posting fake reviews. These people are nothing but con artist. Im really hurt thats why im posting this, so that people can know what they are getting into.
