Very supportive staff and extremely amazing service. I had my haldi and mehendi at Goldfinch and the experience is truly extraordinary. The rooms are also nice. I had booked Presidential Suite for my parents and adjacent Club room for myself. Mr. Anand was our POC and he made the entire process very smooth. 10/10 experience.

I think a 5 star rating is less for what I would rate the team of Goldfinch. Big shoutout to Mr. Anand, Chef Raju and the banquet manager. They have helped us with all our functions right from our engagement in April to our sangeet and wedding in October. They have been so helpful in every step and always give a little extra than what is required of them. Very accommodating. Being a professional chef I wanted certain off the menu items at my functions and Chef Raju happily added what was possible for them to do. Goldfinch will always remain a very special place for our families. Thank you so much team Goldfinch!

We hosted our daughter's wedding at Goldfinch and we had great experience. The attention to every detail.. Starting from booking the hall, deciding on the menu they were very professional. We had 2 days booking and had 3 events.. every event the food served, services by the benquet manager and service staff were really efficient and well mannered. The food was delicious with so many choices. Please dont fall into their scam. I got this call from one of their lady staff saying she will do the event in my budget making promises of the sky but when I visited the banquet the banquet manager gave us a quote a lot higher than what was discussed. Despite of telling them my minimum guest count of over 450.. they are asking me to give a guarantee of 300 and then pay extra amount for extra person.. extremely rude behaviour by the banquet staff.

Don't Let This Hotel Ruin Your Special Day. Our wedding at this hotel turned from a dream into a nightmare. We booked the venue more than six months in advance, imagining a perfect day with our loved ones. However, the hotel's reservation team made the entire experience frustrating right from the start. They rarely responded to our messages, and when they did, it was clear they weren't paying attention to our needs. Despite involving the hotel's general manager, nothing improved. Upon arrival, after a long journey from the Netherlands with our 18-month-old baby, the hotel's welcome was non-existent. They first claimed we had no reservation, then admitted we did but had no room ready for us. We specifically requested an early check-in for our baby to rest, but ended up waiting two hours for a dirty room with greasy floors. Our complaints prompted a cleaning, but it was a terrible first impression. The chaos didn't end there. Despite assurances, the promised early check-ins for our family members were not honored, leaving them with the same unpleasant welcome we received. The only silver lining was the wedding ceremony itself, where the food, prepared by Chef Raju, was a hit among all our guests from India and Europe alike. However, the banquet team's actions left a sour taste. They opened bottles of alcohol unnecessarily and then had the audacity to suggest we "take care" of them financially for supposedly not charging us for extra food—food we never ordered. The deceit didn't stop with the banquet. On the day before departure, I requested the final invoice to review and settle any charges. This request was ignored until the last hour, forcing me to pay without proper verification. To make matters worse, some of our friends were wrongly charged for early check-ins they never received, and the hotel staff even tried to prevent them from leaving over disputes about these charges. This hotel has shown a complete disregard for customer service and guest satisfaction. Their focus seems to be on corporate bookings, leaving individual guests and events like ours to suffer. If you're looking for a venue that respects its guests and ensures a smooth, enjoyable experience, look elsewhere. Our wedding day should have been filled with joy, not stress and disappointment. Don't make the same mistake we did.

So the hotel staff contacted me for providing their services for my sangeet event and I provided all the necessary details. The number of guests for the event was 150 which was mentioned in written as well as mentioned verbally multiple times while I visited their venue. After liking the venue and almost about to confirm my booking they inform me about the minimum pax 200 policy. Suddenly, I was asked to choose the per plate price which costed higher than what I was promised earlier if I have only 150 guests. And the staff was extremely unprofessional once I confirmed about the 150 guests. Apparently, they had some offer going on which would expire in a weeks time of my visit and kept pressurising me to confirm the deal or else I’ll lose the offer and have to pay a higher price. Later, the manager got in touch with me promising me she would look into it and try her best to sort it out but then obviously she was equally unprofessional as she never got back to me even after I followed up. However, I am not a person who writes bad reviews but there is something off about this place so a genuine advice to contemplate before choosing this place.

The venue was decorated really great for our Sangeet. Food was really good and our families had a great Sangeet night.
