This is my biggest mistake i organized my daughter's first birthday in Imperial banquet, very bad arrangement, they haven't arranged the things timely whatever they committed. and the food quality is worst. after the argument they told that they will refund the money for the particular thing, now the caretaker Mr Sangam not even receiving the call, paisa refund to door ki baat hai.

We have done the engagement ceremony of my Sister-In-Law on 22nd feb 2022 Sharing the feedback about the Banquet Hall and there services. Pros: 1. The sitting capacity is huge in comparison other Banquets which we have visited. We have visited almost 7 to 10 different banquets in a day. 2. The food was really good and all our guest has complimented about the starters and main course. 3. The decor was also good considering the amount which we have invested in decor. 4. Most importantly the event coordinator, Mr. Sangam Kumar, has handled the whole event in a very good and supportive manner. We booked this banquet hall for my engagement on 14th February 2022 We dont get option of giving negative stars otherwise i will never think twice for this We saw lots of positive reviews on google and booked this place blindly. Their food taste is very bad and you will find lots of salt in their dishes. In non veg main course you will get only bones and if you complaint against the food than be ready to have a long argument with their team. They will always defend themselves with lots of lies. Initially DJ was included in the package later on the day of engagement they said dj is excluded of their package and on lots of request they called their DJ team and after the engagement ceremony someone from DJ team came and started asking for the money in front of the guest and even tried to fight with the bride. I will never consider this place for any of my occasion even if they offer this place at free of cost. And i would request everyone to look for other place instead of this if they dont want to face the similar issue which i did. All their positive reviews are paid and some reviews are written by their people only so do not trust them Thank you Team Imperial banquet for this lifetime memory of pathetic service and spoiling our day.

I am quite impressed with their managing ring ceremony of my daughter in a short notice. Guests appreciated the arrangement and food quality. I'll tell you how they cheat. I have booked this place for 60 guests @600 per plate & they offer 4 types of snacks & Bislery for guests. And the party time was 11 am. And our maximum guest come at around 11.15 am. But they start starter at around 11.30 and initially only 2 type of starter served. When I shouted on them then they start remaining 2 starter at 12.30 pm. Which was very embarrassing. Every time I need to go in kitchen to serve the starter. And they started with RO water. Again when I told them then they starters Bislery but after some time again started RO water. Very poor service & behavior. I never recommended this place. And if you have no choice please ask every thing in written and add paneity clause in your booking. @Mr Basant if you guys are not able to provide the good service please don't cheat peoples. As you mention we have taken extra food so for your information we have pay for that. I pay you Rs 41000/- for 60 pax. We are not expecting 5 star facility but you should deliver what you promised. You guy can't deliver 5 star hospitality. And people can see this kind of review from other peoples. You guys cheat lot of peoples. So my request to peoples don't book for big event. They are not capable to deliver good services.

A very good looking property which is specious, serves delicious food and offers proactive service. Outlook of the building is very good so the interior. Must say that interior looks elegant which makes it perfect for corporate functions or other small functions. It has two huge halls which are on the left and right of the corridor. Each hall can easily accommodate around 150 people.

Hosted a party on 14th aur 2020 One of the best veg starters and food . Cooperative staff and management . Our party started at 8 pm and finished at after midnight but everything was served hot and they took special care to serve Nick naks with drinks which were not even ordered and came as a pleasant surprise . Special mention Mr Basant and Mr Sangam / Rinku and the bar man .
