We booked this banquet hall for my engagement on 14th February 2022 We dont get option of giving negative stars otherwise i will never think twice for this We saw lots of positive reviews on google and booked this place blindly. Their food taste is very bad and you will find lots of salt in their dishes. In non veg main course you will get only bones and if you complaint against the food than be ready to have a long argument with their team. They will always defend themselves with lots of lies. Initially DJ was included in the package later on the day of engagement they said dj is excluded of their package and on lots of request they called their DJ team and after the engagement ceremony someone from DJ team came and started asking for the money in front of the guest and even tried to fight with the bride. I will never consider this place for any of my occasion even if they offer this place at free of cost. And i would request everyone to look for other place instead of this if they dont want to face the similar issue which i did. All their positive reviews are paid and some reviews are written by their people only so do not trust them Thank you Team Imperial banquet for this lifetime memory of pathetic service and spoiling our day.
