I'll tell you how they cheat. I have booked this place for 60 guests @600 per plate & they offer 4 types of snacks & Bislery for guests. And the party time was 11 am. And our maximum guest come at around 11.15 am. But they start starter at around 11.30 and initially only 2 type of starter served. When I shouted on them then they start remaining 2 starter at 12.30 pm. Which was very embarrassing. Every time I need to go in kitchen to serve the starter. And they started with RO water. Again when I told them then they starters Bislery but after some time again started RO water. Very poor service & behavior. I never recommended this place. And if you have no choice please ask every thing in written and add paneity clause in your booking. @Mr Basant if you guys are not able to provide the good service please don't cheat peoples. As you mention we have taken extra food so for your information we have pay for that. I pay you Rs 41000/- for 60 pax. We are not expecting 5 star facility but you should deliver what you promised. You guy can't deliver 5 star hospitality. And people can see this kind of review from other peoples. You guys cheat lot of peoples. So my request to peoples don't book for big event. They are not capable to deliver good services.
