L Elegant Royal Banquet

We had our wedding hosted here at the L-Elegant banquet. It's a great venue,really beautiful. The services and management were great too. They did everything thing on time and there was no delay. The food was great too. Highly recommended.

I recently arranged the Wedding Ceremony of my daughter on 14th November......Everything was perfect. My guests were very happy and enjoyed the food and EXCELLENT arrangements made by the entire team of L'Elegant.My special thanksto Tonyji and Naseerji who were very supportive and helpful right from the very beginning of booking..till the function was over...

I am glad to have the experience of getting married at Mapple Emerald. They offered us great hospitality and amazing arrangements. Everything was on point starting from scratch.

MY engagement function was there on 12th july, 2019. It is going to be a memorable function which no one can forget for their entire life (complimented by our guest) .it was an extra ordinary function. All the staff was very nice except for miss manpreet.

I had a Ring Ceremony Function held on 20 April 2019. I had conversation with Ms. Manpreet for my entire discussion regarding the event, however i came across with so many challenges till the end of my Event some of the Issues are Mentioned Below: 1. Menu of my event was changed, and I have to literally pay huge amount to get the exact Menu on which we have agreed earlier. 2 It was deal that they will provide me the photo banner which was missing on this big day. The flower decoration was pathetic, and I came to know that it was from last night Event and they have not changed the same. So, all in all it was a horrifying experience with these guys. I suggest if you still want to do your Big Day event with them please be extra cautious with these guys, specially dealing with Manpreet. Thanks

Extremely bad service from the people who are there for just money and accept bookings. They don't fulfill any promises. We had a function today and didn't get anything we want. I really like the service staff. But the people like Mr Gautam who is the general manager here are there just to take money from client and don't give any service

Management is arrogant, don't know how to talk to guest. Moreover they don't bother if somebody left for dinner or not. They simply removed the plate from aura and bluntly said that our time is over. I would never recommend this banquet for any event, not even to use their washroom, as it's pathetic as same as management behavior. I opted this for my brother marriage and 70% of my guest left without food and water. Early morning they have cut down the electricity and every one is sweating. They charge 15000 extra for service liquor in tea cups, as they don't have whiskey glasses. No one bother about your guest. If you are opting this banquet, then I must say you are dumping your hard earned money in sewage. Please don't ever booked this banquet...... A formal advice to all of you as I don't want you to be suffered. An annoyed customer Anuj
