Amazing! It started raining on my wedding day in november! The wedding was there in open ground! They did their best and provided me the banquets! Service staff everything was best

They were good with services, took good care of the guest, the rooms were clean, the food was delicious and the hospitality was amazing. They would be available at 1 call placed, gave the guests the reminder they needed for breakfast timings, lunch and dinner

If you want a majestic ballroom, you get one .. we got married on the 22nd of February and checked every ballroom in Mumbai however nothing beats the way the lalit looks. Having a wedding at a 5 star, the food is always a disappointment, not here though ... chef Neeraj and Vishal did a spectacular job and Godson our butler was friendly , accommodating and patient . That being said , we had a nightmare out here , not something you would expect coming on your wedding day . We were up until 6 in the morning because the lalit decided they could over charge us for the alcohol served, ensured that they worried us to pay off the liquor licence on the day of the event like we were going to run. As a bride you expect the staff to be friendly and understanding and make your day memorable, yes it was a memorable one but the Lalit banquet staff had no contribution, their hospitality- zero . Don’t rely on their word of mouth promises, we did one thing right of having everything in black and white ... I can share pictures of how amazing we made the place look but the banquet staff is not worth rating . We were also promised a complimentary room at the lalit for the night post the wedding however when we reached the hotel they backed on their word and we realised we had no place to stay . It being our wedding we had no cash on us but they forced us to pay for the in- room dining as well . Not something you would expect from a five star!

The lalit is such an amazing venue. The staff is so cooperative and they are always at your service for each and everything. I remember meeting chef at 4 am on our wedding day, when I was finally having food, he especially came out to meet me and my husband, to make sure if we were satisfied or not and we loved the food. The entire team gave us more than what was required!

We booked this hotel for our wedding and reception functions. It is one of the best 5 star properties in Mumbai. The food and the service was simply awesome. The decor was very good and the management was extremely helpful.

Lalit is other wise a great hotel but our experience was not that great though. We were not satisfied with the services as we were charged a bomb for it.
