A Lonavala Wedding Where Every Detail Was Personalised- Including a Gayatri Mantra Sherwani!

Riya and Jatin’s wedding wasn’t just unique- every aspect was personalised to have meaning. Every outfit, every symbol, every tiny detail was customised with intention, emotion, and meaning. Think pastel sherwani with the Gayatri Mantra woven in, a mandap built around a sacred swastik motif, and a bridal veil engraved with their names. Nothing was random or Pinterest-copy-paste, everything had intention. From school sweethearts to soulmates who personalised their entire celebration, Riya and Jatin turned their Lonavala wedding into the most aesthetic, heartfelt, and totally “main character” version of their love story.

About The Wedding

Our wedding took place on October 10, 2025. Breaking the norms - the groom wearing pastel green sherwani with gayatri mantra on his outfit for the pheras was the most surreal thing to experience. We dreamt it, lived it, and loved every moment — our forever began in Lonavala. We wanted the swastik to be integral part of our ceremony as it is sacred symbol of good fortune, prosperity, and well-being hence we got it as main part of our mandap decor and also on my veil with our names engraved. Filled with love, laughter and heart filled with gratitude is exactly how I would describe.
