Azerbaijan is a small, beautiful country in Eastern Europe and this couple just had the first Indian destination wedding in the capital, Baku. It was a full blown Punjabi wedding with loads of fun and the most closest families and friends invited. The bride wore Sabyasachi lehenga for her Mehendi and a Tarun Tahiliani for her wedding. She looked absolutely stunning in a shimmering pink and silver lehenga. What we loved the most was their stylish pre-wedding shoot in Baku as well as the perfectly coordinated outfits of all the bridesmaids. Meet Maithili & Rohit
Rohit planned the proposal over a Desert Safari in Dubai with Maithili, her sister Gayatri & her brother in law Vallabh. The proposal was being planned over 3 months beforehand where Rohit wanted Vallabh to recite the below poem written by Rohit to Maithili. The poem ended with Maithili turning around to see Rohit down on one knee with a ring in his hand asking her hand in marriage.
