Love a wedding where simplicity and elegance shine! Adya and Abhimanyu had an intimate Arya Samaj wedding at the temple in Delhi, followed by a reception, and we love how it oozed grace and love. The bride chose to wear a pretty dusty pink Banarasi saree that has our heart, and the groom complemented her in a dapper ivory sherwani. From The Bride:
Our wedding took place on January 15, 2023. We chose to opt for an intimate morning wedding ceremony. In the presence of our close family and friends, we got married at the Arya Samaj Temple at Jor Bagh, Delhi. This was followed by a wedding reception at the India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. While the former ceremony was reflective of our sensibilities in desiring a small close-knit affair, the latter allowed for us, our families and friends to mingle about on a lovely sunny wintry day.

Anjie did my makeup (and my mother’s and masi’s) for my wedding and she did a fabulous job! The makeup was subtle and beautiful, and everyone absolutely loved it. Anjie herself is very punctual, professional and extremely nice and kind to work with. I would highly recommend Anjie and her team for a flawless makeup look.

The wedding reception was very well organised. The team understood our brief and decor was minimal yet beautiful, just like we had imagined.
Catering: Goldy Tent House
For our Arya Samaj Temple wedding, we chose Goldy Tent House as our caterers. They are based out of Meharchand Market. They served hot delicious breakfast for our guests and were well-organized. For our wedding reception, the catering team at the India Habitat Centre, did a fabulous job. The chaats and snacks were especially a standout. A special mention Mr. Rajeev, the Head Chef who made sure that the guests would have a wide array of delicious choices!
