Looking for New, Never-Done-Before Songs For Your Bridal Solo? We've Made A List!

BY Soha | 25 Mar, 2019 | 4579 views | 3 min read

When planning a wedding, and especially when it's YOUR OWN wedding, there's so much to do that you are bound to miss out on the relatively smaller things. We understand in all that madness, you must be stressing about your sangeet performance too! But girl we've got your back!

Here's a list of all the NEW, and we mean, oven-fresh songs that we have never seen before and are just fit for your bridal solo. Just pick a few steps or ask your cousins to help you out with them, and prepare to win hearts!

Leja Re

Revival of an age-old song that's a favorite of more than half of our generation- this new  rendition of Leja Re is mixed with peppy beats that make it the right choice in the making of a fun, sangeet night!

Lagan Laagi Re

We first saw blogger Masoom Minawala dance to it on her sangeet and the song has been on our Ultimate-Favorite list ever since. Sadly we didn't see a lot of brides performing on it. With the beats going high and low throughout the melody, this one will be perfect even for those of you who're not that great a dancer!

Sajan Bade Senti

We challenge you if you can resist dancing on to this one! It's got that vibe, you'll find yourself tapping your feet when the hook line comes! Psst. if you're looking for a reason to tease your partner a little, here's your golden chance!

Shy Mora Saiyaan

Skip the first 30 seconds of the song and start from the part with the beats, this one is a subtle shade on your shy to-be-husband! Well, what's a sangeet night without some chhed-chhad.

Tu Laung Mai Elaichi

The latest product of the remixing fad, this one is a Hindi version of the superhit Punjabi track and is equally good!

Coka Coka

Now who doesn't love some punjabi tadka? This one has got the right mix of peppy beats and quirky lyrics, so better bring you A-game of thumkas and jhatkas on.

Now before we close this list, we thought you just HAVE TO know about this one song that we haven't really seen a lot of brides dance on, but we hope that that changes soon!

Patt Lai Geya

This one by Jasmine Sandlas is like that 'Must-Have' song for your solo! Although this one is a slow song, it's got a very contemporary tune- a refreshing pick for the bride of today!

So, now that you have a list, do you have a favorite?
