A perfume-making class at a Mehendi? How creative are weddings getting these days, right? Well, if there was one reason we chose to feature this wedding, it's this - cool Mehendi ideas. The venue, JW Mariott Sahar, Mumbai made for a great canvas while Joseph Radhik's pictures were dreamy.
Meet Nishith & Avani
"Nishith and I met in the first year of university (we both went to American University of Sharjah). I doubt anyone would've guessed that we would be friends let alone get married if they had witnessed our meeting. He thought I was a complete snob and I thought he was hopelessly aloof. But as it turns out, with everyday meetings at the student center, in between classes and hanging out at parties, we connected over time and became inseparable. In fact, most of our friends thought we were already dating anyway. Somewhere between the long drives, walks on the beach and sneaking off for movies we realised that we were into each other. Finally, we started dating, and eventually, asked me to marry him. Nishith and I will always be, as far as we can help it, friends first, and everything else after." explains Avani.
