Ekta chose a very unusual hue for her day wedding in Mumbai and we loved it! It was a pretty shade of green and looked absolutely gorgeous on her. Meet Ekta & Anmol
Ekta tells us how their love story is a millennial one with an old school charm, "Anmol & I met on Facebook. Although, we studied in the same school in Delhi, he was my senior, we never had a conversation in school. But I had a huge crush on him during school days. We both moved to new cities after schooling, he lived in Bangalore for work and I moved to Mumbai with my family in 2010. Few years later, we happened to chat on facebook as he wished me on messenger on my Birthday. It all began then and led us to a beautiful two year long relationship which I now call marriage. It's been a beautiful journey of unconditional love and friendship. Also, it's unbelievable how universe sometimes manifests the most unexpected & beautiful things in your favour. This was truly written in the stars for us, we believe!"

Our wedding was a divine & magnificent affair. Our styles were no short of authenticity and romance. My personal style has always been romantic with a touch of dramatic and my wedding outfits truly showcased my intrinsic values and personality traits. Especially the tones of gold & silver mirrors in my outfits, the sun kissed - make up and even the kundan & gold jewellery added the perfect touch of shine & glitter. This totally enhanced the positivity & happiness that I carry in my mental & physiological personality. It was the same in my husbands case where his classic yet soft coloured outfits projected the simple and kind soul that he is. We wanted our styles to be colour as well as fabric coordinated in all our events. Our styles were an absolute mix of grace, glamour & authenticity.
We stuck to e-cards as wanted to go paper-free. Bought the design from etsy.com. It was water colour painted royal blue & gold theme with delicate florals.

Ms. Kinjal Shah: My mehendi design was purely traditional & Indian. It had bride & groom images designed with ancient indian images of elephants & floral cutwork.
Mehendi outfit designer - Dazzle Boutique: A burgundy - wine sharara suit by my designer Soni Chhabria, the owner of Dazzle boutique, Chembur. The look was a mix of sexy, chic and graceful all at once. Mrs. Soni gave a luxe vibe to my outfit which was absolutely mehendi-worthy with it's spaghetti strapped kurti with gold & pearl embroidery & a flared velvet sharara. I could beautifully flaunt my mehendi & comfortably dance in the intricately embroidered outfit.
