BY Sakshi | 18 Apr, 2017 | 1183 views | 2 min read

Loved 'Dil Dhadakne Do'? Here is one couple which got so inspired by the movie, that they not only planned their grand wedding on a grand cruise, but even dedicated each day and themed it around songs from the movie! Meet Adel and Sana, who had a  cruise wedding with Bollywood in attendance sailing between European destinations! While Adel is the Director for the Danube Group, Sana is a former beauty pageant winner. The wedding was planned by Wedniksha★ 4.9 and shot by Badal Raja Company.

The bride's trousseau was designed by Neeta Lulla★ 4.9

The celebrations set off from Barcelona with a fun filled voyage. The wedding even featured some cool elements such as Water Rocket Show, Colour Mapping entries and an incredible baraat around the cruise! Shilpa Shetty was present at the event.

This is what the whole event theme was like, which is pretty innovative we think!

Day 1
  • Theme : Girls like to swing
  • Dress Code: Retro Revival
Day 2 : Sangeet
  • Theme : Gallan Goodiyan
  • Dress Code :Ethnic Regal
Day 3: Baraat
  • Theme : Pehli Baar
  • Dress Code : Indian Traditional
Day 4: Gala Dinner
  • Theme : Dil Dhadakne Do
  • Dress Code: Elegant White
With over 1000 guests in attendance, Adel and Sana had four fun-packed days with A-listers like Shilpa Shetty, Dia Mirza, Sushmita Sen and Malaika Arora joining in the celebration!

Totally over the top or totally awesome? You decide.
