Who said a Jaipur wedding has to be traditional and old school? Couples are not afraid to experiment, and we love it! Here is a bride who went contemporary with her bridal choices and wedding decor, and it all paid off beautifully, Kripa is one of the brides who knew exactly the kinda wedding she wanted (even before deciding to get married :P), and that shows! With her moodboard set and a fabulous team to bring her dream to reality, Kripa and Moksh's wedding was the beginning of her happily ever after. Kudos to the team at Seventy By Two who captured their special day to perfection on their lens.
Meet Kripa and Moksh
Our mothers were classmates in school. Our fathers played cricket together as kids. Our grandfathers were together in college. So, the families have known each other since forever but the two of us never met. Somehow, everyone thought that it'll be a good idea for us to meet. We met in November 2020 over a casual dinner & instantly connected and well the rest is history!

From The Bride:
Our wedding took place on January 27, 2023. Growing up watching Disney and Karan Johar movies with hopeless romances & happily ever afters, I was always excited to get married. Every time I heard a new song or a saw a new bridal entry reel or just attended another cousin’s wedding, I’d mentally archive & make notes of the things I would do in my wedding - how my entry would be, which track I would dedicate to my father, what I’d wear, how I’d look! In my head, my wedding would be no less than a Bollywood set from a Karan Johar movie and I’d finally play the quintessential bride of my dreams!
Just like how I knew everything else, from very early on I always knew that I didn’t want to be a traditional red bride! A lot of my family members kept telling me that “dulhan toh lal jhode mein hi achi lagti hai.” I wanted something traditional for sure but not red for my big day! They kept asking me if not red, then what?! It’s very easy to decide what you don’t want but very difficult to figure out what you do! I did a lot of research, went to soo many exhibitions & stores - Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur and saw soo soo soo many outfits. And just when I was least expecting it, I saw one orange lehenga & immediately fell in love with it! It was a beautiful outfit with delicate handwork, flowers & peacocks. Given the destination (Jaipur) and the landscape of our venue with arches & domes & a whole royal palace feel, it was the best decision I ever made (after deciding on marrying my husband of course). Unlike most brides, my parents & I decided on my jewellery first before we began our wedding shopping. As for the other events, I wanted a different look and feel, a different colour palette and a totally different vibe for every event. I was very happy with all my looks & how it all turned out to be!

We had the most wonderful time with Hardik, Rima & the entire team of Seventybytwo. We had seen their work previously and were very sure that we wanted them for our big day! They were very understanding, creative, patient and always there to capture all our favourite moments! Moksh is camera conscious but they made him so comfortable during the pre wedding shoot itself that it became very easy during the wedding! We are extremely happy with all our pictures and videos!
