WARNING: Do NOT Book 5ONE Studio — They RUINED Our Big Day If you’re even thinking about hiring 5ONE Studio, stop right now and look elsewhere. This company is a complete scam run by Sagar — who is utterly unprofessional and a big liar. Our event was in December 2024, and shockingly, before I could even change out of my outfit, Sagar kept hounding me for full payment. I made the mistake of trusting him and paid in good faith. That was the last time he showed any interest in fulfilling his end of the deal. It’s been over 8 months, and we have received NOTHING that was promised. Not one deadline has been met. The event coverage was rushed, careless, and downright lazy. The moments that mattered to us were either missed or poorly shot. It’s heartbreaking to look back and realize how thoroughly they ruined what should have been the happiest day of our lives. To make matters worse, Sagar has completely disappeared. No calls, no responses — just ghosted after taking our money. His behavior is shady and unacceptable. There are plenty of honest, talented photographers in Navi Mumbai. Please don’t fall for this fraud. Learn from our mistake and stay far, far away from 5ONE Studio and Sagar.

Worst experience ever. Bunch of unprofessionals trying to ruin your important day. Their owner Sagar is a compulsive liar who will lie on your face. Once they get paid ( on the day of your event), they will simply stop responding you. Please avoid them at all cost.

They will promise you soo many things and in the end they will provide uu shit video and they will take over price value from you I recommend don't go there they make fool specially that owner (sagar) he is a piece of shit person i meet ever.. So 5 One Studio, it typically means bunch of 5 idiot working together to make fool out of innocent people. Trust me and you will not be willing to fall prey to their words especially their owner. They will promise you soo many things and in the end they will deliver a shit full of crap. Not only overpriced but also fraud people who are targeting to destroy some nice moments of your blissful event. You beg for your own stuff every now and then even after paying the complete amount and that too for such a low quality work. I am disgusted with their way of working, ethics and customer relationship. I am pondering about the people who I see here in the reviews which makes me feel baffled. I am sure these people are their own friends or someone they bought with the money they looted. If you want to waste you time for nothing and are ok to receive your pictures when you get old, this is the best place to invest your money with absolutely 0 returns.
