AUM by Ashima and Asit is the worst designer. Even after multiple follow-ups the outfit wasn’t ready on time. Ultimately had to get the refund when it wasn’t ready even 1 day before the function as well. Over the call they told it is ready for pickup and when reached for trial they needed more days. Worst experience ever. Please do not buy anything from here.

Mehendi - Aum : This was something I found at Bridal Asia. It was the perfect rani pink patch work lehenga with a halter neck blouse. Funnily enough, the blouse wasn't meant to be with the outfit but that's the beauty of Aum, you could mix and match almost anything and she will blend it for you. so happy with this purchase! Source

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with them. I purchased two outfits, and both were incredibly beautiful. I received numerous compliments when wearing them. The craftsmanship and fitting were impeccable, showcasing their attention to detail. I greatly appreciated their promptness and professionalism. Despite placing another urgent order right before the wedding, they not only delivered on time but also promptly addressed all my calls and concerns. They even proactively communicated about a potential delay in one piece, which showed their genuine concern for my event. The second sangeet outfit was from AUM Ashima and Asit from Shahpur Jaat. I wanted a hot pink lehenga to wear on my sangeet, however I didn’t want to do anything shimmery and instead opted for the flared lehenga with a organza dupatta. I danced the before night in lehenga and it was so comfortable and easy to carry. Earrings I wore were real. Source

We expedited your delivery, delivered the outfit in 15 days. And after 6 months you come back for an alteration. After loosing a few kilos, and expect us to alter in 2 days, yes we can’t match that, delaying our commitments. Jaskiran Chatha.Thank you so much for sharing your story.

They have good collection but poor customer service !

Visiting this store will be the most unpleasant experience and leave a sour taste in your shopping experience especially for your special wedding day! This is a designer who thinks carrying an arrogant and rude attitude is the sign of being a luxury brand. The attitude of the staff and the owner is so ‘we don’t care if you buy from us or not. We’re fancy!’ is so fake and off-putting. Don’t waste your shopping experience on them.

Their designs are contemporary with refelection of drapes traditional and international.

I bought my mehendi outfit from Aum Ashima Asit and they have the best collection for mehendi outfits. My outfit was full of colour and I loved it. Source
