Worst experience with AWM beyond words Ideally I should not pay a single rs to them ! I had booked bridal package They earlier said mood board would be created and our " personal stylists " would get in touch with you ! It never happened ! There was only one phone call that ever happened and I never received name or number of makeup artist who was actually going to come till one day before event . It was decided there's going to be " team " of drapist and makeup artist . There was only one person alloted who was slow and I ended up missing many important wedding functions .which is obvious cos only one person can do so much. Grooms package was also booked . The grooms makeup artist decided to walk out of event mid way of the wedding . Groom was left without any artist on most important day of his life ! After that the manager Anirudh has the audacity to call and fight with me in middle of wedding and call and tell makeup artist to leave the look midway if full payment is not received !!! ( BTW they are asking payment for Job which was never done !!!!)

Fraud. Scam. Zero professionalism. Brides, beware I had the most heartbreaking experience with this makeup team, and I wouldn't wish it on any bride. They are complete frauds who post fake pictures and videos of brides on social media—looks they didn’t even create! I later found out many of their so-called "bridal transformations" were stolen from other makeup artists. On my own reception day, they took over 6 HOURS to get me ready and made me miss my own event—I reached the venue at 10 PM. It was humiliating, exhausting, and ruined the most important day of my life. The team—Aastha, Rupa, Anirudh, and their so-called "makeup artist" Zainab—were completely unprofessional. They had no skills whatsoever: Couldn’t do basic makeup. Couldn’t style hair. Claimed to use high-end makeup like Dior and Charlotte Tilbury, but pulled out cheap, unbranded products I’ve never seen before. Used plastic tools to insert my nose ring, which was painful and unsafe. Nothing about their work matched what they promised. They lied, delayed, and deceived. They took advantage of a bride who trusted them. Please do not book them for your big day. They are scam artists running a beauty business based on stolen content and false promises. See my pictures attached—this is NOT what I paid for.

I booked my make up services with AWM and I was completely satisfied with 2 looks out of 4. Absolutely loves my Haldi and wedding make up which was done by Nehal and Tina. However, the sangeet makeup was a bit extra than what I wanted. Since the pictures came out nice, I’ll take it as a win win. But the one thing that I specifically asked them was to get me in touch with the make up artist at least 2 weeks before the event. Sadly, they gave me the contact one night before the event so it was tough to set expectations. Mood board was created by Aastha which was quite nice .

Recently I had a makeup session with [Makeup Artist's Astha chauhan], and I was very disappointed with the results. The makeup did not match my expectations, and I felt uncomfortable with the final look. I found the following issues with the makeup: The colors used were not harmonious, and it did not enhance my features. The makeup application was not well-blended, leaving harsh lines and uneven coverage. The overall experience was not enjoyable, and I didn't feel like my input was considered. I believe constructive feedback is essential for growth, and I hope [Makeup Artist's astha chauhan] can use this feedback to improve their services. I'm open to giving them another chance in the future, but for now, I was not satisfied with the experience. Also my money was refunded which was supposed to be back.

The person who called up regarding my query was not at all cooperative!! He was really very arrogant !! Atleast its their duty to share basic information about the pricing to a new client
