Hey acua team , I did a chocolate waxing just this evening!!! Let me be honest it was way too disappointing!!! She’s not only burnt my hand but also did not offer any ice cubes, which I was constantly asking for. This is the second experience with you guys first you guys spoiled my manicure but I was courteous enough not to post a terrible review but this time thought it is necessary !! I’m not telling any technical aspect over here but yu guys must know what shud be done when you deal with a sensitive skin ..Plus every staff over there is extremely polite but donot have 50% idea of how things are done or to be very blunt they need some more training I guess !! Coz when we panic they just sit blank and after few seconds they react, which not at all customer friendly!! I’m basically from Bangalore came to Kerala for a wedding and here such things never happen at all , by any 0.001% chance it happens they handle it really well !!! And I have no idea why they did not wipe my hands after waxing ? I was feeling very uncomfortable and sticky all over !! After constant require they offered me a wet towel and I had to clean myself and leave the salon!!! I’m still wondering why did I paid such a huge amount of 1500/-plus taxes?? Only to be left with a burn on my forearm ?? When I checked your reviews I was shocked like majority gave a 5 star rating whereas for my burnt hand n no medical attention I would give a zero star.. people (previous customers) don’t know quality or mediocre is the new high quality?? It was an amazing experience at Acua Salon. So far the best team I came across not only because of the excellent makeup and hairdo however for professionalism and customer service. Something which is so rare nowadays. Couldn't have asked for more. I am glad I chose them for the function. Would visit and recommend them again:) All the best Vanessa !
