My experience with Aksha was just amazing!! Her work was so fine and minute and each design was very well visible and done. She also invested a lot of time in discussing each aspect of the mehendi and then doing it basis my preference. I was super happy with the mehendi for my big day. Did not have a good experience with her at all. - She took the order for her colleague to do - She did not give any personalised attention and actually hardly any attention. - She ignored questions - She didn't take out time in days prior to finalise a design with me - On the day prior to the event mid day she texts me, Hi xyz so and so time right? - Haven't come across a more arrogant vendor. - Couldn't continue despite having paid an advance I cancelled with her and booked another mehendi vendor last moment. - She claims to have a family feeling with her clients but refers to clients just as Hi. Sorry I didn't get a family feeling from that! - I can only say she ruined my Mehendi to an extent and brought me to tears with her unprofessional behaviour a day prior to my mehendi. - Sadly I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. -

Aksha is a wonderful and creative Mehendi artist who loves what she does. Her passion for the art is clearly reflected in her work and I am glad I chose her for my wedding! She and another girl worked on my mehendi while she brought a team for the others. The design I chose was complicated and it took a couple of hours but she was amazing throughout, even when I was starting to get annoyed and threw a typical 'I'm-the-bride-nothing-is-going-my-way' tantrum! This was my second time working with Aksha and her team. She was a part of my sister's wedding as well. Her team is super talented, co-operative, creative and pay attention to the smallest of the details. I already had a design in mind for my engagement mehendi and instead of simply replicating the chosen design, they put in a lot of efforts in customising it according to my palm size and looks of it. What some people don't realise is that some designs look great when the mehendi is wet but don't turn out as beautiful when the colour shows and Aksha and her team realises it and they suggest designs that look great when the colour shows up. I had a very, very bad experience with Aksha Shah. I had clearly mentioned my timing requirement to her on Whatsapp and had called her also to explain why we are not flexible on the timing, and she was okay with the timing. Before transferring the advanced booking amount of Rs.2000/-, I had called her again to check her availability on our convenient time and date, and after she confirmed her availability, I transferred the amount. Within 20 minutes of the transfer, she messaged saying that she may not be on time as she has another order and that she may be late by 1-1.5 hour. I was very irritated as she had confirmed the 3 pm time just 20 minutes ago! When I called her again and pointed out that she had promised to come at 3 pm, and we are not okay with 4-4.30 p.m at all, she agreed to come on the earlier agreed time, but of course I did not want to be involved with her - I mean, if she changes her word in half an hour, there was no guarantee that finally she would actually turn up on time. So I asked my money back. I got the money back the same day, but this involved a not so professional and heated call by her husband/manager asking me quite rudely how much money I want. I had to ask him what he means, I only wanted what I have paid in advance. I said that if now I get this kind of threatening calls, I would call it harassment. Then he mellowed down a bit. And I got my money back. The ceremonies are over, and we had a very good experience from another Mehendi Artist from the Wed Me Good platform itself, so there's no regret. Still sharing this as brides want their ceremonies to be perfect,and without any hassle. And interacting with Aksha and her husband was a very, very sour and bitter experience. I would also like to apologize to Aksha here for being rude ( because, yes I was rude and angry, I felt totally cheated and betrayed, and for a moment I thought that I had lost the 2k as well. I was arranging for my sister's mehendi and I really did not want any glitch). I hope she would accept my apology and I hope that she would be entirely professional in her future deals.

Aksha and her team were slightly unprofessional as they told me at the last minute that the main crew member will not be able to make it for my mehendi. As a result I got a substitute mehendi artist who didn’t do a very good job. Of the two artists that came to my house one was very good and efficient and the other one was just not able to match up. This resulted in a sort of asymmetrical mehendi on both hands. Also they took very long. On my legs I had the Bombay and New York skyline. The same (good) artist did that for me on both hands and that’s why the skyline turned out very very well. Whoever the girl who did my legs did a really good, neat and quick job. Overall all I wasn’t completely satisfied with the entire look but it wasn’t too bad either.
