First of all, it is very unprofessional on part of u to not hv unformed us that our marriage videos data is lost as we were constantly waiting and following up with you . Second, although there can't be any compensation for the loss of captured memories of MARRIAGE because this is a life time event and this is what photographer is hired and paid for , having said this we are expecting u to come up with some way to bridge the loss occured to us. Hope u wont make us feel that it was our bad to hav paid u fully without checking videos. Mr Ayush This is to reply to your message asking me to share wedding date. It is 25th Nov'17. I dont think our conversation has gone so old that you would not remember it. Also I had not planned to put this on social media but given your unprofessional behaviour I am left with no other option. I will make sure you get desired publicity whereever I can. You should have understood that in customer service industry you cant make leaps leaving dissatisfied customer at your back. Attaching our recent conversation. You lost our wedding memories data and we having paid you fully doesnot mean that you bear no responsibility to it. Stay tuned !! There is more to come !

Aperture Gear covered our whole wedding. They are amazingly talented and did not leave any stone unturned. The experience with them was great. It felt as if they were part of our family only and helped us a lot with the poses and everything we needed to know or do about the photography. Thank you so much for being so cooperative and accomodating. I would highly recommend.

He’s an amazing photographer ... I’m so blessed that he was the one who shot my wedding n engagement pictures .. He’s not only a great photographer but also a good human being as he never get irritated on anyone even in the bad situation .. I simply loved my pictures and I got so many compliments on them too 😍😍
