It was the worst experience of my life...they destroyed s my hair..the owner did not pay any heed to my screams when his staff were burning my scalp with the iron rod..they burnt various spots on my scalp which led to excessive hairfall..almost like alopecia...the staff was highly unprofessional and to make things worse they do not even accept their mistakes. Worst experience of my life. Please do not go to this salon for permanent hair straightening or smoothening specially.
