Ashwin Bhatia - DJ & Karaoke Jockey

There are some DJs who come, play a few requested songs and go back. But then there are some who add their personal touch and bring in pure passion. Ashwin was helpful right from the first call. Felt like talking to a friend who is there to help. He suggested multiple useful things which helped with the reception flow and made sure his services were used to the fullest. He also helped with genuine suggestions regarding the licenses. Throughout the event we never felt absence of music - be it the peppy dance numbers or the subtle background music when photos were being clicked. But the best part was when he was in full swing. All guests loved dancing in the beats. He even came up with a small bride groom dance battle on the spot which lit up the mood of the wedding. A must for every wedding reception, Ashwin can customise and cater to almost anything and everything you will need for your special day. Glad we took his services.

He takes the time to understand what the client wants and also provided us with excellent suggestions on how to use the time we had booked him for to meet all our music needs. Weddings in my South Indian community are not high on music and entertainment. People are generally shy and reserved but fun loving on an individual level. I wanted to do something about this and decided to hire a DJ for my reception for a change. While searching endlessly for someone who could understand the crowd like I do, I found Ashwin. He is an open format DJ who had sufficient knowledge about various regional songs. Though Ashwin has a busy schedule (check out his Instagram to confirm this!), he curated a personalized Shahrukh Khan themed song list for us. He also played Karavalli (coastal) themed, Kannada and Bhojpuri music to cater to the diverse audience and age group. The song mix managed to get the older folks grooving which was definitely a victorious feeling!! He used branded speakers and his audio team was professional. They took care of the complete set up with minimum instruction from our side. Overall, we throughly enjoyed the song selections and transitions! Thank you, Ashwin. :)

We had a great time at our Sangeet, all thanks to Ashwin. He was on point with the music and setting the mood right for our event. Would highly recommend.

Ashwin was the best choice I made for a Karoke night for a corporate event. He brings In lot of energy and was quiet engaging. His song collection had lot of variety and he gaged the crowd and played songs accordingly. Very structured and professional with his work.

If there was a memory that people took back home, it was our Sangeet night and Ashwin Bhatia played a massive role in it. Beyond his fantastic expertise as a DJ, Ashwin is a genuine guy. He was very open to all sorts of suggestions. Incredibly flexible to our needs even when he had to go the extra mile. When he hit the deck, he was able to connect so well with the crowd and got all of them from the little ones to the elderly folks to come out and hit the dance floor. His energy was infectious and it was truly a pleasure to have him. Heavily recommended without a shadow of a doubt. He will make you dance like there’s no tomorrow.

Ashwin is an extremely friendly person. Goes the extra mile to know the family, gel with the people at the event as opposed to just sticking to the job and making it all monotonous. Needless to say he was damn good at his work. The DJ night at my sangeet is unforgettable and perhaps the best of my wedding events. Ashwin has an infectious fun personality. Ashwin is too good for any occasion, One of the best jockey in the town. He makes the crowd groove and knows exactly what the crowd wants. I came across him in a pub and he was the KJ (Karaoke Jockey) there. He hyped the full audience into singing. Totally worth every penny.
