I bought an outfit with them for my engagement. While buying it they gave me a lot of comfort and confidence that they are certainly going to work hard for my big day. So once it was done and I went for trials, they helped me out enough, supported me completely in all the alterations I needed. And the outfit came up stunning. Cannot get over it ever. A definite stop for any aesthetic bride. The store has lots of options for all. Spent almost a month in the market to look for the wedding lehenga and booked one here at asiana couture in the first look!

You gotta visit this store for your dday outfit. They provide you with Jwellery as well for trials so that you can imagine the full look you will get. Also the best part is when you finalise the outfit you ring bells and walk on the ramp- totally celebrity vibe.

THEY CHEATED ME FOR RS. 50,000. Rude. Cheats. Bullies. Horrible humans. The context: I chose a wedding lehenga, confirmed it with a 50,000 Rupees advance. Within 3 days realised it is not the one for me, so called to replace the order of 2.4 lacs worth lehenga with any other merchandise worth the advance of Rs. 50,000 from their store. But the Asiana couture store manager lied about the lehenga already being under process (just within 3 days), rudely dismissed my request, insulted my mother and refused to let me buy anything else in place of the lehenga and never gave me back the 50,000 Rupees. 4-5 months later I get a call from one of their entry level staff, informing me that the work on the lehenga has not been started yet and will not start until I have made a full payment of Rs. 2.4 lacs. Their lie was caught but they still did not admit their deceit. They still did not let me use my advance amount to buy anything else. Never have I ever seen more money-minded, disrespectful and soulless businessmen who have no work ethics, no emotions, no rationality and no decency. It is my sincere request to Asiana Couture even after 3 years, to show a sense of humanity and honesty by at least allowing me to rightfully spend my own hard-earned money on something else from your store. Let’s see if the management has changed for good or if if chooses to turn a blind eye yet again. How truly heartbreaking

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Staff is obnoxious. Prices are 2 -4lac for lehanga's that are not worth it. The shop is difficult to access. The overall experience is pathetic.

I bought my wedding lengha from Asiana couture. I was in communication with Dev Sir, he was extremely helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for in a wedding outfit. The staff were able to customize certain details of the outfit. All of the staff were so friendly. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Asiana. There's no store that can beat them. The kind of designer lehengas they have..its simply superb.

Would love to share my experiences as a customer with you . Loved the first visit i had at asiana couture , almost had the expectations of finalising my outift for the big day . But the second time , i visited the store and i took an appointment by calling on call . They told me to come at the time and i got my appointment bur instead again after waiting for 2 hrs and coming to them 3 times again and again to ask i had the most rude reply from the manager “ MR. DEV DUTT “ was so rude to talk to me and told me as if i should have taken an online appointment and all salesman were bussy and couldnt show . It was so disrespectful to wait for almost two hours and getting so much disrespect from him . He came down after listening to me when i had a temper and talked so rudely saying what not rubbish !!! He said “ should i call the lady person to talk to me the way i am talking “ , “ Our first preference is bride and not the not the non Bride “ , “ Where is the bride who finalised the outfit , why isnt she with me “,” bride ko chor kr apke dikhaye phle kya “, “ also mr.dutt said to me “ aese baat kroge to apko dikhaega kon “ . I think if i am getting an outfit for 2L , it is obvious I’ll make twice or thrice to the store to finalise it . I was obsessed with the collection , the staff at the first place who were so polite and the outfit and really loved the attites thats why i came again to see the collection again , instead the manager Told me that why arent you here to finalise Nd made me wait for 2 hrs and didnt even gave me the appointment. Such a big brand, hatts off to the way i was talked by the manager . Who is he to tell me mujhe dikhaega kon ? When i called at the first place tabhi you guys should have told to take online appointments instead you guys told me to come and wait . Thanks for such a great experience Mr. dutt .

Pathetic service. Pathetic people. Dont dont dont dont goto this store. Starting from owner ( who owns NO RESPONSIBILITY) to employees are ill mannerred, irresponsible and rude it every possible extent. Brides be aware they can spoil ur wedding dress n mood

Beautiful and wide variety of bridal lehngas. But lehngas very heavy weight. Space is very cramped and not very easy to shop. Final stitchings were done well.
