I had engaged AV Caterers based on the reviews on WedMeGood. And I am very happy to say that they have lived up to our expectations. Very good people to work with. The food served at our function was appreciated by all our guests. The sweets and live chat counter were exceptional. The serving table arrangement was quite attractive. They have a very good team of cooks. The only area of improvement I felt was the quality and training of the serving staff they had hired from outside.

It was a terrible experience with this caterers. The sample food they had sent vs the main event food was very different. Please do not fall for the sample food as it very very different than the main event food. Quality of food was bad and we had bad reviews from our guests. They will force you to pay extra after the event so be prepared to pay extra than the price they provided you in the beginning. very poor service from their servers and you have to behind them all the time. It is insulting for your guest to speak bad about the event because of the food quality being bad. I would not recommend them at all. Even though the other reviews might say a different story. But it is very risky to hire such a vendor based my recommendation.

recently catered our wedding for 1000 guest, and was instrumental in making it a truly wonderful day. From initial discussions, he adapted to our ideas of sharing platters and made them better. His food suggestions were brilliant (and were incredibly tasty), and he really helped make it edible for our various family and friends with various allergies. He worked with our budget and did what he could to keep costs down. He was really easy to talk to and discuss ideas and changes with, and open to any questions we had - after all, this was our first time doing this! On the day, everything ran smoothly and we felt very safe in his hands. The food was delicious, and all the guests couldn't stop commenting on it. Chef Vijay is very professional and meticulous about his job. He treats his clients extremely well and has great eye for detail. The buffet set ups are creative and the food is delicious with a vast variety of items.
