Extremely Disappointed - Nearly One Year Later, No Album & Horrible Stage Execution Event Type: Wedding Overall Rating: 1/5 Stars (Avoid) We hired this event management company for our wedding, and the experience was deeply disappointing, bordering on horrific. While I must acknowledge that the food service was handled well and the quality was good, every other aspect of the organization was a failure. The execution of the décor, particularly the main stage, was pathetic. What was delivered bore no resemblance to the designs and plans we had finalized. The overall organization of the event was chaotic and poorly managed, leading to immense stress on a day that should have been joyous. The single biggest failure, however, has been the post-event service. It is now approaching one full year since our wedding, and we still have not received our photo albums. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, we have been met with silence and zero accountability. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for client commitment is unacceptable. Wedding photos are irreplaceable, and holding them hostage for this long without communication is cruel. Warning to Future Clients: Based on our devastating experience with poor event execution, organizational failure, and the complete collapse of post-event delivery and communication, I strongly advise potential clients to look elsewhere. Specifically, those planning events outside the Thrissur area should absolutely avoid booking this company. We invested trust and significant money, and in return, we received a poorly executed event and an unfulfilled contract.

Ayga events understood my vision and delivered with budget friendly decor. Since they were local, they also sourced everything locally - like getting my local jasmine haldi jewellery right on time. Aljo and Ayappan are life savers.Source

Ayga event management made my brother's wedding day a fairytale, thanks to their dreamy decor and flawless execution. Right from the enquiry that I did with Aljo to the wedding day, he was very cooperative. He listened to every one of my suggestions and quite literally brought it to life. We got a lot of compliments on the decor and ambience from the guests who attended the wedding. From the colour combination on stage to the tiny details on the round table, everything was perfect. Executing everything just during the beginning of a second lockdown with many uncertainties is a challenge in itself; they deserve credit for flawless execution. They met us personally for meetings at the venue, and our house and my family and I were very comfortable discussing our requirements with them. Aljo used to confirm every detail personally with my father and me and made sure there was no confusion. My only disappointment was that fresh hydrangeas could not be arranged as discussed, but I understand that given the lockdown situation. I recommend Aljo and his team for any event planning.
