very unprofessional. had booked muskaan 6 months in advance. she couldn't make it so she sent other freelancers in the last moment. this was after repeated follow ups. she was unresponsive over chat. the contractors were not co-ordinated of the actual time of the event and left midway. they did incomplete work. party make-up guests were waiting and the make up artists left. we had to apologize to the people waiting. bridal makeup was incomplete, even photographer commented that. ruined a big day. wouldn't recommend to anyone.
