Better Half - Your Complete Wedding Planner

Last month I engaged Betterhalf for my daughter marriage. My daughter and wife very encouraging to see company reviews and company pictures. But I am very sorry to say this company discouraged me. Venue of farm house recommended and booked through 6 months through this company were cancelled 2 times just before 2 week of marriage. Alternative farm was arranged by this company was remote and inferior. Caterer and decorator recommended and booked through this company was very mean, greedy, rude behaviour and goonda type person. He took very handsome amount including tips in advance. At the time of marriage, our guests not served snacks and dinner in time and lots of guests returned without eating snacks and dinner. When I requested he served only water and coffee. Snacks and food quality and service was very poor and inferior. Furniture and chairs provided by caterers and decorators was very inferior quality l. Even sofa provided to bride and groom was dirty and inferior quality. Staff of betterhalf were hand in glove with said caterer and decorator and on complaint only supporting said person. I will request people don't spoil this company for their marriage. We were insulted and humiliated before our guests. I also request beware of so called farm owners. They can cancelled your venue any time. Do you marriage in simple way. If possible directly talk to banquet and hotel owners and don't involve Betterhalf company
