Highly unprofessional behaviour ! Never book her for any of your big day! She took another booking without informing me & even after asking many times she denied taking booking amount from me as she was expecting more amount from other customer. Booked someone else keeping that hidden from me... on being called for the same tried to compensate by providing a male makeup artist to me or taking double bookings with overlap timings with some other bride. Clearly took advantage of us being not from lonavala proper. At the last few weeks i had to hunt for some other makeup artist. Never trust this one for any of your weddings guys.

Have been coming here for the past couple of years and have always received very good service. Staff are well mannered and respect their customers. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Priya chawan
