So I booked sneha on the 17th of August 2019 for my wedding in Feb the 16th 2020 (6 months in advance). 4 months later, On 30th November 2019 she cancelled my booking saying shes unable to travel due to medical reasons. I understood this and asked her for alternative methods. She told me she can take me up at her studio and ‘figure’ out a timing (off the route for me) or let me know alternative MUA that i can book. Next message she asked to refund my booking amount which I received immediately. Thats it. Shes off the case. She texted me 5 names of make up artists irrespective of their availability or budget and 2 months prior to my wedding I was left without an artist. Its not a cool thing to do. Anyway what made me angry was all throughout November to February she kept on doing brides and workshops and what not. I wouldn’t count on her. She knew about her medical condition in advance. I would have much appreciated if she could have informed earlier or not take my booking at all. Im sure shes good at what she does- makeup. But professionally a big no. Thankfully, the makeup artist I found later did a far better job than she would have but yup it costed me more and I had to travel to her and then my venue whereas Sneha was booked to reach my venue. (Gt karnal road ) i might be just another project for you but brides really do a lot of work before finalising and thanks to you, you spoiled it.

Sneha exceeded my expectations with her work. She did my makeup for two wedding ceremonies. One was a South Indian morning wedding and the other for pheras in the evening.
