We were the wedding band for the night where Bowtie was managing the event. Everything was profesionally handled, starting from cab arrangements to food and rooms for the bands. They are well staffed and that helps a lot. Their communication is good and they respond promptly to queries. Overall , a very good wedding planner to work with !

The entire Bowtie team were my saviours when I had to plan my brother’s wedding solo... They’d planned a friend’s wedding so I was already super confident in what they could do, but they ended up really surpassing those expectations. They were by my side from the moment I first reached out to them until the decorations came down. It honestly felt like I was surrounded by supportive team of friends rather than just being a client. It took just one conversation with Abhishek and he understood the kind of event we wanted and helped us find the perfect vendors. I’ve never planned any kind of event before and he was quite happy to deal with my multitude of questions and was very easy to reach out to. Speaking of vendors, Bowtie catered the wedding lunch and our guests still haven’t stopped raving about the food! The hospitality team, particularly Karthik, Varsha, Shalini and Khushi, did an amazing job in coordinating our guests’ travel and stay. They made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. There was a barrage of last-minute requests and changes and they handled it all very smoothly. The décor for the four events were absolutely beautiful. Manju and Mohit were only given a vague vision and a slightly tight budget to work with. They were incredibly thoughtful of the two very different cultures of the couple and combined elements from both in creative ways and the visual output was stunning. And I have to mention - as someone who is quite forgetful, I don’t think I could have survived this without Pooja. She kept me on track through the months of planning. During the actual event, if I so much as flinched, she'd magically appear by my side and quickly sort out whatever issue had come up. The team managed every single detail of the events, no matter how small. They really ensured that the couple and the families had a stress-free time and could fully indulge in the festivities. The result was the perfect weekend.

We got Bowtie on board for my wedding and I couldn't recommend them more. Firstly, thanks to Abhishek for giving us assurance at every step that everything will go smoothly and we do not need to worry about anything. You never hesitated from talking to us about the smallest of things and handling everything so seamlessly. You have created a team who complement each other so beautifully and made all the events so memorable for all of us. With me and Pravin coordinating all this from US at the time in a different time zone and you were flexible with your time to discuss things and give us timely updates. A big big thanks to Varsha and Komal for being our point of contact for everything. I don’t think I could have remained a sane person without her. She was there for me whether it’s 3am or 6am or 8pm. She was there by my side for everything I need- for the smallest of things to the biggest of my worries. Same goes to Komal- I think she handled the groom’s side extremely well and she was the go to person for my mother in law. She was very happy with Komal and even told me she spoke to her atleast once a day which was more than what she did with me 😂❤️ Komal was also there for me whenever I needed her. People like you two are very much needed to maintain the sanity of the bride. Coming to Manju and Nikhil, you two handled the decor and the guests so well. All my guests were in awe of you both. Many of them came to us and said good things about you both. All the uncles and aunties loved Nikhil and how he was making sure everyone liked everything and were comfortable. I cannot begin to describe all the praises and crazy compliments we all got for the food for all the events. My friends even took pictures of certain dishes so they could ask their caterers to replicate it in their wedding events 🤌🏽 Some people said staying in South India all their life, they never ate or saw such a variety of the South Indian spread. Our relatives are referring to our wedding as the one with amazing food and my dad couldn’t have been happier about this. I know this wouldn’t have been possible without Raviram. A big thanks to you and Abhishek for handling everything. Although I haven’t interacted much with Rohit, Karthik, Shalini and Sakshi, I know that the logistics bit and hospitality wouldn’t have been as smooth without you all. Thank you so much for making all our guests feel so welcome and comfortable. Special mention and thanks to your support staff who were up till super late and would wake up before anyone else. Overall, I do not think our families and guests would have enjoyed our wedding as much as they did without you all 🫶🏽 I’ve already recommended you guys to several people and will continue to do so in the future too.
