Bridal by Ashwini Shenoy

I am writing this review so that nobody else faces a challenge similar to what I have. I approached Ashwini Shenoy basis a recommendation from a good friend who had attended to her and family on several ocassions. I first contacted a week ago to check on her availability to assist me for my wedding. She didn't confirm on her availability until I repeatedly followed up with her. I waited for 2-3 days before calling up my friend and checking on why she was being unresponsive to get a message that she was not attending her call either. I decided to wait and then I noticed her status posts on Instagram which suggested she was travelling. I left her text messages instead of calling her but she was unresponsive yet again. 4 days later she called me to inform that her team members were available for the dates I wanted and she could arrange for a trial during the weekend which her team would attend to in her absence. It's been a week since this episode and I've not heard back either from Ashwini or her team. However she does have time to post pictures on Instagram which suggests she is available to chat over messages. I am deeply disappointed with her unprofessionalism and her behaviour of being unresponsive and unavailable to attend a client's needs. I would never recommend her to anyone after this episode.

This is the third time I approached Ashwini and her team for helping us with our make up. The first two were for my baby showers and this time, it was for my sister's wedding. She and her team did a wonderful job every single time . Ashwini and Divya helped my sister (the bride), my mum and me with our make up, hairstyles and saree draping. No overdoing, subtle makeup. They were very quick. They understood our requirements and worked on it. Also, they are hygienic and the products used are of good quality. I have referred them in the past and will do so in the future.

Ashwini and her team are one of the best bridal makeup artists to look out for. Ashwini is very friendly and easy to speak to. Her team was punctual and did an amazing job. They were patient despite my demands. Definitely recommend her!

Had a wonderful experience with Ashwini and Pavithra. Professional,prompt and perfect. The makeup was too good and just the exact amount I was looking for.The team draped the sarees well and did a good job in hairdo. Her makeup was appreciated by all my cousins and family members. Looking forward to work with her again!

Very satisfied with my bridal look. It was exactly how I wanted it to be. Very professional and great value for money. Got so many compliments due to her work. Another great thing about the team is that all the Non-Bridal work also was elegantly done. So all the to-be brides you can approach her for that ‘perfect look’ on your special day.

So glad that I chose Ashwini and her team for my big day. Ashwini, Shruthi and Shubha were amazing. My "Son Phool" look on the Phool Muddi day got so much of appreciation from all the guests. It was perfect! Ashwini and her team were very patient, punctual and made me look absolutely gorgeous on both previous day function as well as on my Wedding day. They use high quality products and are very hygiene conscious- so you can be rest assured! :) Highly reccomend Ashwini and her team. 5 star!
