Booked her in March 2021 for April End, which rescheduled to first week in December and informed her about it in September 2021. Starting November, tried reaching her multiple times (despite my own full time job and wedding planning) she had time to update on Instagram but not to respond to calls and messages. She took another booking and didn't even had courtesy to inform me that she is cancelling on me. She stalled me for another 2 days by 'trying to fix me up' with her replacement. All this while I somehow maintained patience but I lost my calm when she said this is not her fault at end of day 8pm after I called her up at 10am to ask again are you cancelling on me or you spoke to other bride (mind you, she said me she is traveling and will call me in a hour a day before - obviously call never came).I was made to go through Unnecessary stress 10 days before D Day despite giving her booking token worth 8k and balance was 22k just for one evening event. She even went ahead to decide for me MuA in pretense of I don't need to take stress.. What the hell.. Foremost you don't respect one's timing/followup and after canceling you want to now 'help me'. If i would have not called her god knows when she would have said me. She even tried saying me to adjust my timing, she has so many clients, it's not her responsibility to coordinate etc - when the booking she took was after mine, obviously because of more money. I simply wanted to stop conversing with this lady, i asked her to refund since she is cancelling on me last moment. I may be just a bride who was worth 30k for her, but hated the fact she didn't bother to coordinate or inform once about cancelation. She simply stalled more time from November second week and even for refund,I followed up. Such a Greedy Unethical Unprofessional Lady! I lost my Trust and Faith on people and went through bad feelings a week before my wedding because of this lady. Being a believer of Karma,I am sure she will be served right someday. Money doesn't matter but the unprofessional experience i went through does. To future brides, please be mindful of this sweet talker greedy phony one who would shamelessly leave you stranded and shrug off any responsibility or sense.

It gives me immense pleasure to write this review for you... Chaitali is such a warm and calm person, one of the most soft spoken lady I have ever met in my life. Being a no makeup person, I kept complete faith in her skills and she made me look gorgeous and feel so comfortable with makeup. She also helped me out to buy my own bridal makeup for future usage. Chaitali is one of the finest make-up artists who's makes you look and feel fabulous. She makes sure that the make-up is subtle and suits your outfit/occasion well. One thing that I liked the most about her makeup is that she keeps it real, instead of going overboard she maintained my natural skin complexion and enhanced my features really well. Chaitali is super good, super quick and super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I have had Chaitali do my make up for my brother in laws wedding. She did approx 4-5 different looks on me.
