I booked “The palace” for my reception event and here is my complete experience for the same Pros 1. the ambiance of the place is really beautiful. 2. The food quality and taste is good provided the food is served by famous premi catering. Cons 1. I had a very ugly experience related to the management, first of all the manager kept on calling me for full payment one day before the event for which we did not agree upon. 2. The manager, during the event, behaved with utter disgust and even threatened to stop the dinner service until he was paid the full amount. 3. The stage decoration and entry decorations provided by the venue was of low quality, I chose the lights and flower decoration for the stage and almost 10% bulbs were not working and some didn’t even had holders for the same, when informed the manager did not do anything. 4. They did not allowed outside vendor for the entry setup and also refused to take responsibility when things went wrong, for eg- the carpet was not in place and for a moment the bride and groom almost fell. 5. The owner mishra ji and manager mateen ji did not take the feedback properly and refused to even listen to the shortcomings.
