I REGRET HIRING THIS PHOTOGRAPHER. HE IS UNPROFRESSIONAL, MONEY HUNGRY, UNRELIABLE AND HAS A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE. I hired these guys for my wedding with their platinum package, Rs180,000. The quality of work was not even worth Rs80,000. I feel looted and scammed. I wish I knew how this guy is, I would have hired someone else even if they charged twice as much but sadly the moment has passed. Akshit is very unprofessional when it comes to photography as well as dealing with payments. I had asked him to courier to Chennai which he did but he wanted 100% payment even though I hadn’t received the courier. He promised me on the phone that he had sent albums and USB containing videos and that I have to pay the remaining 25% payment. He was threatening to cancel the courier and asking me to pick it up from his office in Dehradun if I didn’t pay. He was taking advantage of my situation because I had international flight in the next 3 days. He lied about sending videos (USB) in the courier parcel and did not even have the courtesy to say ‘sorry’ but rather kept on saying he had put the videos in courier bag, and he doesn’t know what happened. No response for 2 days once I had paid him. The quality of the albums is so poor, and it looks very cheap, almost like a school register book. The album looks like it cost Rs2000 to print and bind. It is embarrassing to show it to friends and relatives. One simple thing like a date of marriage is not added on the cover page. The quality of photo print is also bad in a lot of photos. Akshit says ‘hum sabko ese hi dete hain’ but how does this justify the low quality work he has done? I realized why he was bugging me about sending money because the quality of his album was so terrible that he thought I wouldn’t pay him if I saw his work. We lost trust in his production when I received the insta reel. I had to ask for some very basic common-sense changes - firstly the aspect ratio throughout the video was changing. Secondly, no care if there is a person walking in front of camera during Jaimala, they didn’t even bother editing that part out. A photographer is responsible for making sure there are no people in the photo background and making sure people are standing correctly on stage, you have to guide people so there is symmetry in photo. They simply didn’t care about any of this. I was really disappointed when I saw the photos and videos. The stage decorator were on stage during Jaimala, photobombing throughout Jaimala. There were really big advertising boards (dhol and band banners) right next to me during baarat. I can send you examples of his work, email me at sourabhmaven@gmail.com. In our package there was full production on 100 photos included and what we received was 99 photos with just filter applied which I can also add. I had also asked him to take my portrait with the vintage car, but he completely ignored that and took no responsibility. During the wedding I already have lot of things going on, I am not responsible for telling the photographers to do their job properly. I must say not everyone with a camera is a photographer, it requires passion and attention to detail and this guy is lacking it. Your wedding is one event in life that is most precious so be careful when you choose your photographer. Don’t judge him by his Instagram posts, you don’t get the same quality of work. All the best if you do hire this guy.

Absolute worst experience so far. We booked Akshit and his team for our whole wedding function and they have been extremely unprofessional. The wedding was in October and its now April and I still haven’t received the wedding album or the edited pictures or the wedding film. I have tried to call him but he isnt picking up my phone. I paid him the agreed amount right on the day of wedding but still hasn’t received the deliverable. Really bad experience. Its soo bad how he is treating his customers.

rishabh ayush and akshit is Highly experienced and very creative members. Photos are creative and well composed. We do not prefer too much of editing and wanted real colors. We liked his style of presentation. Wedding film turned out really awesome with very clear story line. Each shot looks like a dream sequence. Quality of the albums is superb. Design is very modern, simple and very elegant. All in all a very good experience. I will recommend his service to everyone…..🤗🤗

Totally Unreliable and unprofessional! If you wanna book for birthday even then its fine but if you want to book them for a marriage then Its my personal advise please think twice. I also went through their Instagram page and wed me good reviews but all the reviews are from their employees only. You can also cross check their names on the pic credits and the reviewer name on wedmegood. They have cancelled our booking one week before the marriage that too we have booked them months ago and thats all because they have got the better opportunity somewhere else. We had so much trouble finding the photographer last moment. It’s a request to you please think twice before making your decision.

There is no proper response and customer service. Irritating and pathetic service. One star is for because there is no zero star option.

We knew that the photos would be the one thing we could cherish forever and Akshit and his team made sure that they were perfect. The wedding teaser along with the traditional videos were carefully crafted by the team. The photo album delivered to us are of finest quality with beautiful candid shots. The worst part of the process is having to choose which photos to print and to turn into an album because there are thousands of incredible photos. Not at all recommend....highly disappointed with their work...booked them for my engagement...the photos came out pathetic and video was not provided to us....he gave us the raw data of the photos n videos n that too they were clips only....most of the data is missing....worst experience ever....n after that when i had a word with the photographer he put the blame on the location and the subject ( me n my fiancé ) i mean that’s y we are paying u, for u skills n if u don’t know how to make the best of the locations than m sorry to say but u should not call urself a professional photographer....and one more thing before our engagement day...i especially told them to visit the place...they should have told me that time only that it won’t b possible for them to click the good pictures instead of making us go through the trouble...we end up paying 15000 for nothing...we can’t upload the photos anywhere nor do we have videos to show it to anyone...
