Pls don’t get attracted by the teasers which cupcake uploads on instagram. This is their policy of fetching good clients, taking big amount & then not responding. So very nicely Shruti will talk to you till she gets the booking advance. Once we gave the amount, Jayant didn’t even end up coming for the wedding. Moreover the team is bullshit as they send their interns to record . On questioning they will say that its written in the contract that in case of emergency they might not come but full amount would be charged. Above all, we had to call them unlimited time for the deliverables as they would say we will give everything together. For the feb 2020 wedding, we received the wedding TEASER which by the way was too pathetic in january 2021. Any local photographer would have given me a far better video clarity. Still if anyone wants to book, pls take everything in writing.
