Worst experience!!! Inexperienced team and still haven't recieved all the photos and videos. Payment taken on time but no delivery of service as agreed. Its been a year since my reception and I'm still chasing. They have been avoiding my calls for last 4 months now. The little photos that they shared is are also raw with no editing. Looks really shabby and work done by an unprofessional

We hired Dhiraj (Darklightweddings) to capture the most important day of our lives, our wedding. Unfortunately, this experience has been a nightmare. While the photos we received were decent, the photographer has failed to deliver the remaining images despite being paid almost in full. It has been almost 2 months, and our repeated attempts to contact them—through calls and messaged —have gone unanswered. Meanwhile, they remain active on social media, posting regularly on their Instagram handle, which adds to our frustration and sense of betrayal. We trusted them to capture memories that we can never recreate, and they have let us down in the worst possible way. This is the only vendor from our wedding who failed us, and we deeply regret choosing them. To anyone considering hiring Dhiraj(Darklightweddings), please think twice. Our experience has been nothing short of heartbreaking, and we wouldn’t wish this on anyone else. Save yourself the disappointment and find a vendor who values their clients and their craft.
