Team Delhi Velvet has been amazingly supportive since day 1. All of their team members are super talented and extremely sweet. You always need to have a certain level of comfort with the photography team because they are going to capture every single moment of your wedding. Extremely dissatisfied with the delivery and quality of the photos. My wedding happened in Nov 2023 and agreement was to share edited photos within 45-60 days post wedding and after multiple followups I got the edited photos almost after 90 days. On top of that most of the photos shared are repetitive and of terrible quality. A local photographer would have delivered a better quality in cheaper price. Upon followup I am told i will get re edited photos but till date I am waiting for it. There is no responsibility and proactiveness from delhivelvet side. To get a response multiple followups are required. The videos are still due and have got no ETA on when I will get. On whatsapp I was told by the account manager Vidhi that I will get videos by Feb end and here we are in March and yet no update. I would like to put out the quality of photos.I can just add 5 but there are many such photos and many repetitive photos as part of edited 1200-1300 photos.

I had a plethora of phone calls and Zoom meetings with Divishth and every time, he was extremely patient and understanding about my vision for the Roka pictures. Milind and Nikhil from the team were running left and right to get the most dreamy pictures for Divij and me. My overall experience with DelhiVelvet was so good that they will also be shooting my wedding photos and videos.Source

Delhivelvet was the first vendor we booked for our wedding after lot of research and reviewing the works they have done in past. Needless to say they are ace in their game but we had what you can say the worst of experience. Weddings photographs are something which you will cherish for long. Our was a pandemic wedding, when hardly the weddings were happening we decided go with it. When we had booked Delhivelvet we agreed on a certain rate as per our contract however, the result which we got is really hard to take. If i get to compare those pictures and videos against the other works they have published on their page you will be shocked to see the quality of work delivered. This is mainly due to the fact that we freezed the deal at a pretty decent rate which as compared to today’s rate is on lower side as you can clearly see the quality of work has been compromised. You can check the photographs which were shared with us in first place. This is not the quality of work you would expect from someone who is in this industry for long. I don’t even have a single portrait of my father in my entire wedding. I dont have a single mehendi full length portrait. My wedding portraits are dark and highly contrasted - check the mehendi function pictures attached it was a bright sunny morning what looks in picture is a gloomy day. And there many such cases. Can it be any worse ? Despite calling out all these issues they were so unprofessional in dealing and were not ready to accept what they have done. We got our pictures delivered after nearly 8-9 months after getting rounds and rounds of changes in edits. This is highly unacceptable. I will not deny the fact that some of the pictures are good but the max is of such amateur quality that i cant ever share it anywhere. If you ask me you have ruined our life long memories from the most important day of our lives. You should call this out at the very beginning if you were to compromise on quality basis the package level. Since, ours was a pandemic wedding we initially thought that the rates have come down since there is no business in market. But if this is the quality you are delivering basis the package level than i am sorry to point this unprofessional behaviour of yours and your team in delivering the results. Not just us we have the guests and friends coming back to us commenting on poor quality of pictures. I have better pictures from the phones than your camera. I wonder why did we hire professional photographers then ? Highly disappointed!! Please be very cautious when you hire a professional and ensure they are not compromising on quality anytime.
