I hired Do It Up for my husband’s birthday and was disappointed. Despite their high charges—₹3,000 for a single centerpiece with five flowers—I proceeded due to time constraints. I requested Indian-themed decor with lotus flowers and brass vessels. They didn’t provide these elements and didn’t feel necessary to inform. When questioned, they said the items were “unavailable.” Before the event, I repeatedly asked to discuss details over the phone. Neither the designer, Parini, nor the owner, Nandini, responded. On the event day, they missed a crucial component: a tray with flowers and candles for the traditional Maharashtrian birthday ceremony. This omission is akin to forgetting the “Jai Mala” at a wedding. After completing their work, they didn’t contact me to confirm satisfaction and didn’t answer my calls throughout the day. Do It Up markets itself as a premium service provider, but my experience was marred by unprofessionalism, unjustifiable expenses, and a disregard for client needs. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your special occasions, as their incompetence can tarnish cherished memories.
