Hi. I placed an order for two dresses at your Ambawatta One store- One bridal gown and one jumpsuit. I would like to highlight few points- 1. The representatives at your store are extremely unprofessional and they provided horrendous service. (please refer representative name in your messages as I do not want to disclose the name in public domain) 2. Once we placed the order for the dresses, I had to literally call your representative numerous times and she never used to pick up my calls. 3. When I came for the trial, I had asked for few changes to be done and I was promised that once the changes are done, I would be shown those changes on a video call and then that product will be shipped. But we never received any update on the same and when I called your representative for the update (she picked atleast after 10 calls), I was informed that she had already sent the dress by courier and I was so shocked that I was not even informed and no one care to show me the dresses 4. We were promised that the dresses will be packed in a proper manner in a carton and they will be sent by courier. But when the dresses arrived at my place, I was shocked to see such horrendous packaging ( please refer the pictures) I am extremely dissatisfied with your experience and given that you are in luxury fashion design business, I am extremely shocked with the experience. You are literally diluting your brand by provided such horrible service. Please look into this.

Choosing a wedding outfit is one of the more important and stressful situation. It gets even harder if you are not delhi based and are trying to shop via video calling. I found Dolly J Studio from instagram and reached out to them multiple times on instagram and watsapp. After setting up time I waited for 1.5 hours with no call or message from them. I had taken time off from hospital (I am a doctor in the hospital) for this appointment. It was very disrespectful. I understand if something comes up and they need to cancel the appointment, but should message so I am not taking time off from the work. Someone called me 3 hours later and was extremely apologetic and told me that we can set up meeting and they will take out time to show me all the lehengas and details. For next appointment they were again 30 mins late which I gave them benefit of doubt. After video cal started the person Rittu was very rude to me and trued to cut video call short in 10 mins saying we can see the outfits on instagram. She refused to send me videos of outfits saying it is against the policy. Their video call was blurry and she didn’t even let me finish. She was very short with me and unhelpful with the information on type of work and everything. Yes no doubt their collection is good but I would strongly not recommend shopping online with them. Bridal outfits is very important part of the wedding an you should always go with someone who can make that experience happy and comfortable for you.

The wedding outfit was from Dolly J in Bombay and the minute I saw the chikankari lehenga I was sold. It was so simple and understated yet stunning. I still take it out once In a while just to admire it, something about chikankari that just makes you swoon.

The work is really pretty and the outfits look really good. Had been to the Bandra store, but they refuse to make any kind of small changes. My wedding cocktail outfit was a beautiful peach gown by Dolly J. What i loved about it was how flary it was and made me look really elegant. Though initially i wasn't really satisfied with the fittings but the staff at their Defence Colony store was really helpful and were able to solve my issue.

<p>Dolly gave me a dark blue velvet floor length gown to wear which would be appropriate for a sufi Night. Initially I was skeptical of wearing it, however I was convinced that it was looking good on me when I tried it on and got good feedback from her team and from the Wed Me Good Team !! What I absolutely loved was how flary the anarkali was, I just wanted to twirl about in it. While I was browsing through her collection I also saw this blue lehenga which for appropriate for mehenga/sangeet. I really liked the lehenga as it was very light and I felt comfy in it and Dolly helped me in finding an appropriate dupatta with it which would look good on me.</p>

<p>My second outfit was a red lehenga, which I loved the minute I saw it. The lehenga was red with bits of floral detailing and a super cute jacket style blouse! Somehow the twisty bun, the makeup and the outfit all came together and gave this vintage, yet contemporary vibe to the whole look which I loved. I anyway love Dolly J clothes, infact when there was a sale announcement on Wed Me Good, I had picked up a couple of trousseau outfits from Dolly! I was super tempted to buy both, the engagement outfit as well as this bridal outfit that I tried.</p>

Most of the store had outfits in peach and pastel tones, so if anyone is looking for those colors for their engagement or reception it is a definite must visit.
