The owner (Bhavika) is so snobbish, stubborn and a horrible businesswoman. She’s a liar and a cheat - she sold me an off the rack piece with no finishing, kept lying that the gown looks like different colours because of studio lighting, the sequins are supposed to be mismatched and I’m overthinking. Delivered the gown late because she didn’t even alter the length on time and did not even bother to get it cleaned- there were lipstick stains on the neck and on receiving the gown in daylight- it actually was discoloured. When I called her up to ask for a refund- she said it is now sold and you should have seen all this by yourself in store before purchasing. Sooo rude and a cheat.
