Pathetic. If you want to be stressed on your most important day, only then hire them. I had fixed them as Genesis had only 2 options and their designs and price seemed okay. They initially were very cordial, and a girl Sakshi was discussing designs while this other guy was discussing money. After visiting 2 events done by them and explaining what I don't want and making a group with finalised designs sent there, Sakshi informed me that she won't be there for my wedding day but another guy will arrange everything. On 2nd Feb (my wedding day) Mr. Sahi (the main guy I think) sends a new design of stage and says this is better, we will do this. The reason for this was that design was used the previous night and already there. After a lot of argument and my brothers spending 3 hours at the venue he changed the design back to the one decided. My family members spent the entire day trying to get things done but these people kept coming up with things like no we don't have this colour. They didn't even put the hashtag decided or the chair and table covers decided. Only 1 girl from their team was helpful and managed to get things to an okay standard. Horrible service.
