I did a lot of research before getting my mehendi jewellery. Shubhi's Dulhanama seemed wearable, grand and unique - unlike many of the labels in the market. my experience was ridiculous.. I read the reviews and trusted to make a purchase online I received 2 damaged piece for my mehndi function . I requested her to replace it since it was damaged . she asked me to pay for courier charges and make arrangements for returning it to her.. rather it was her responsibility to refund me with courier charges .. also once she has your money she will speak to you abruptly as she's buying it from you. I had put my review on her Instagram page so that people know before ordering all she could do is block my account. hoping my review helps others before making a decision of buying from them Pathetic pathetic pathetic service.... fake reviews .. no moral values... my sister ordered jewellery from her n two pieces were broken when asked her to exchange those pieces she sent videos on how to fix that .. like great she will be in her function fixing her jewellery.. if you send damage piece then its your responsibility to exchange... now every time she tries to wear that it keep on breaking ... the amount of ppl putting review afters ours explain everything .., kudos to you u have guts!!
