My husband bought my engagement ring from them in Jaipur. I love the ring but over the past two years there have been 4 different instances of it losing an accent diamond.We have had it fixed 3 times already (at Entice) but with the 4th one will probably not be returning to them for it. We got the ring inspected by independent jeweler in US (where we stay) and there were flaws that were noted in the making, including the fact the the solitaire itself is not secure and is loose. It has been recommended by 2 different jewelers that we will need to get the ring reset. They get points for the design ( which is beautiful) but lose it in the quality of work.
