I literally don’t have the words to tell how awesome the Eyepicture team have been. From my pre wedding shoot to wedding day they did great. We couldn’t have asked for better photographers for our wedding, so much professionalism. They give me the albums and videos quite late but all i can say that IT WAS ALL WORTH THE WAIT. They really did an amazing job. After receiving my albums I realized why they took time, because they just want their clients satisfied from their work and of course as you know that great/amazing things always takes time. So i think it’s just fair enough. The team was so different to any photographers we have seen because they capture real people doing real expressions. The photos tell the story and bring back every feeling from my wedding day and I look at them feeling laughter and tears. Thank you so much guys. worst team ever!!!!! beggars for payment unprofessional, no work ethics, no work procedure, they have a girl called Aditi sood who will call u back and again like a call center to beg the payment without doing proper formalities and without sharing complete details. even after signing the agreement they cancelled our booking at the last moment, without informing and took other booking. They send ifsc code when u ask for bank details, and then account number after couple of days and no account name and bank name, without sharing the bank details with us. they accused us of not making the payment. digusting!

It was nothing less than an absolute dream to have Eye Picture Studio film my wedding(Param and Inder). My photos came out stunning as Prateek and team was so hands on. They took care of every meticulous detail, without me saying it. My pre wedding filming session and the actual film was just perfection❤️ The team is so professional and yet they put me at ease right away. I felt comfortable and I was being heard throughout. They were open to my ideas. Prateek is a serious talent. He is just superb with what he captures on his camera. So much effort and yet effortless. My wedding will go down in posterity so beautifully, just how I had envisioned it since my childhood and more, because of Eye Picture Films. I was a little bit of a pain to them as I kept asking for changes time and again. The editor and especially Mrs.Aditi Bajaj was really kind to never get irritated and always being really cooperative. This is what they call a customer oriented company. They worried about my satisfaction more than I. The albums are gorgeous. The full length film is gorgeous. The highlights are gorgeous. I got a tad bit impatient as it look a little longer for things to get ready but it's all so worth it when you see the end product. I highly recommend Eye Picture Films to everyone. Good wishes.❤️

In concern of matter of Ms. Lovleen Dhiman in context of (Navreet & Rishabh) wedding project Firstly ,There the selection of photos as per our server was received was on 18. May.2019 almost 5 months after wedding and project is handed over in july ,just TWO months after the selection received and it takes 3-4 months to finish a project as per schedule of all clients the selection provided to us as per agreement signed. Secondly the contract was meant for your sister's wedding Navrit ,not a seprate highlight of engagement was subjected to cover in the contract . Secondly at the time of deliver the time for changes were given of working after 28 Aug 2019. We could see how humbly and politely you had texted to team members. We called you many times but always giving an excuse for different time zones you didn't help us properly understand the changes .You want changes even after the project delivered obviously no photographer will handover the entire project without outstanding.You called it not a rocket science but its not the job that anyone can master, We should respect arts. We know how to handle our jobs to other clients and they are happy and they understand our jobs. Coordination is at both ends. We really do not feel a snapshots of chats shown in an improper way from our way would lead us to an unprofessional act to client's privacy. Honestly the worst decision you can make for your wedding is choose these guys to cover the moments. It's been 8 months now and we still have to remind them everyday to finish our work, even after the entire payment has been done. They take way more work they can actually handle and don't respond for days. When they do, it says WE DON'T HAVE TIME. Honestly who talks to clients like this?? The staff is really rude, doesn't care about service or professionalism, just the payment.

Prateek and team have been an absolute dream to work with. From our pre-wedding shoot where they put us at ease straight away, and throughout the whole wedding. Prateek & team did such an amazing job on our wedding where his whole team managed to capture so many wonderful moments even those we missed! We booked Prateek and his team (Eye picture studio) for our wedding and pre-wedding shoot. We have nothing but good things to say about their work.
