Had a bad experience with them. They are highly unprofessional, rude, and cheaters. Don't think that they will charge you 2.5 Lacs for a wedding as per their package, they will extort twice that amount for you by hook or by crook. We hired them for a destination wedding in Sylvassa, Gujarat and took good care of their team in terms of lodging and boarding. However, they asked for extra money for ridiculous reasons. They claim that only basic albums (pictures pasted on an ordinary album) are part of the package and not the edited albums. They gifted us a photo frame (4 x 4) on our Sangeet, but the gift of this frame was added in our bill as 35,000 rupees. We never asked them for that frame. When questioned about money they said someone from our side asked for it, but they don't know who it was. The frames were useless after first use.

We hired Prem Studio for both sides. I saw their bad reviews but the person said they were left by a competitor and I believed them. I was still a bit skeptic so asked them for price upfront. Their price is usually 3 times the other people but I thought may be they were equally good. As soon as we paid them they started playing tricks with us. For our mehndi, on the day of the event they said it was not part of package. They wanted more money. They asked us to pay right before the function or they would not shoot the event. They also asked us to pay for air fare for 12 of their employees. The funny part is that they came with us in train and only 6 people attended the event. They said it is their regular practice to charge for 12 people regardless of how many people travel. They then finally claimed that the albums are not part of the package. We had to pay extra for albums. Also, the work quality is really old and they have not updated to what is new in the world. Please hire someone younger who is passionate about their jobs more than the money involved is my recommendation for others.

Had a horrible experience with them. They were the best in 80s but they never upgraded their style, technology or people. Now they try to show you how cool they are by telling you that they shoot with two cameras. Their people don’t know how to use that and they end up asking you to do the same action twice for them to record it twice. They are unethical, they will try to get more money from you. I would say avoid them at any cost. Leaving them a bad review is difficult as they call your relatives and shout at them when you do so.
